Sweet Organic Box is a brand new subscription box dedicated to delivering the best organic treats to your door every month.
Each box will contain an assortment of sweet treats made with organic ingredients. Items can include chocolates, candies, tea, coffee, gummy snacks, cookies, crackers, and more. If it’s sweet and has no harmful additives, it’s fair game for Sweet Organic Box!
Subscriptions are $45/month with free shipping to the US. You can pause or cancel at any time.
Let’s see what’s in the January 2016 Sweet Organic Box!
The box!
A peek inside. — A sea of packing peanuts!
Peanuts, be gone!
Finally… The treats!
There wasn’t a true info card, so I’m not entirely sure if this is December’s or January’s box… However, they did include a welcome note with more info about the subscription.
Raven’s Brew Whole Bean Organic Santa Caws Coffee – This is why I’m unsure if this is supposed to be a December or January box. It honestly doesn’t matter to me either way, since I love holiday-themed coffees and this doesn’t expire until March. It’s a whole bean, medium roast blend made with Central American and African beans. It’s also certified organic and currently sells for $16.99 on Amazon!
Nibmor Traditional Drinking Chocolate – I love this drinking chocolate! It was recently included in another snack box and I’m so happy to receive another packet. It’s organic, non-GMO, fair trade certified, and vegan.
Go Organic Cherry Hard Candies – These candies were also featured in another snack box recently so I currently have 3 different flavors in the house. Not complaining though! I love that all of Go Organic’s hard candies are flavored with real fruit and contain no high fructose corn syrup, additives, or artificial colors. They’re also gluten-free and vegan.
Clif Kid Organic Z Bar in Chocolate Brownie – These bars are geared towards kids, but I’ve totally bought them for myself a few times. They’re made with organic ingredients including whole grains and they have 3 grams of fiber per serving. (They taste good too!)
Pure Organic Chocolate Brownie Bar – Another vegan-friendly brownie bar? I’ll take it! This one is also made with organic ingredients like dates, cocoa, cashew butter, and almonds. Yum!
TruJoy Sweets Organic Choco Chews – Heck yeah! These are great. — They’re basically the healthier/vegan alternative to Tootsie Rolls. Love ’em!
Late July Organic Mini Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers – Little sandwich crackers with creamy peanut butter inside. These are organic, contain no artificial colors or flavors, and are made with non-GMO ingredients.
Annie’s Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks – I was a little surprised to see Christmas and Valentine’s themed items in the same box, but I don’t mind. Especially since these gummy bunnies are vegan-friendly (no gelatin!) and made with real fruit juice.
I really enjoyed my Sweet Organic Box, whatever month it was for. 😉 The treats were a nice mix of new to me brands, as well as brands that I already know and love. I was also (obviously) thrilled with the amount of vegan-friendly items that were included. I didn’t do a cost breakdown for each item, but it does seem a little pricey for a monthly snack subscription. That said, organic products do tend to cost a lot more and it is fun to receive a big ol’ box of them delivered to your door. 🙂
