Tea Box Express is a brand new monthly subscription box for tea lovers. Each themed box will contain a canister/box of high quality loose leaf tea, as well as 3-4 tea-related goodies. Their mission is to “bring a tea party to your door” every month!
Subscriptions are $25.50/mo (plus shipping), or less with longer commitments. They also offer one time (or multi-month) gift subscriptions.
I was recently sent their inaugural October box and couldn’t wait to see what was inside. I’m a big fan of tea, as well as tea-inspired “goodies”! 😉
First look. October’s theme is “Bee Happy”. Cute!
Since the box is all about happiness, they included a little card for you to jot down a list of things that make you feel happy. When you’re feeling sad, you can pull out your list and bring back the good vibes!
Teatulia 100% Organic Single Garden Black Tea – The featured tea this month is an organic black tea harvested from a “pristine growing region” in Bangladesh. It’s a full-bodied tea that’s said to have a sweet finish that they liken to honey. The canister includes 16 pyramid tea bags that can be brewed twice, if you’re down with multi-steeping. I’m not a huge fan of black tea, but I’ll give it a try (the “sweet finish” sounds promising).
Teapot Honey Dipper – How cute is this honey dipper?? It’s made of stainless steel and features a little teapot (with the word “tea” spelled out) on the end. I can’t say that I’ve ever used a honey dipper, but the cuteness of this kinda makes me wanna try.
Ceramic Teapot Tea Bag Holder – I love that they chose a bright yellow tea bag holder to go with the “happy” theme!
Savannah Bee Co. Tea Honey – This little jar contains 100% all natural honeybee honey. According to the label, it makes a perfect addition to tea, lemonade, or even mojitos!
The Decorated Cookie Company Bumblebee Shortbread Cookie – What a happy lil’ (er, BIG) cookie! This enormous shortbread cookie totally fit the theme and though I wasn’t able to eat it, my girls (and husband) were more than happy to devour it!
Big cookies call for BIG bites. 😉
I was beyond impressed with this box! I love how Tea Box Express includes not only tea, but all the fun tea-related goodies too! It definitely sets them apart from other tea subscriptions. Love it!
