April 2017 Terra Bella Box review time!
If you’re not aware, Terra Bella Box is a subscription box that focuses on all natural beauty and skin care. They have two different box options to choose from. The regular Terra Bella Box includes 3-4 skincare, body care, hair, and bath items. The Makeup Edit box will only include cosmetics and will feature at least 3 items per box.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $32.95/month for the regular Terra Bella Box and $29.95/month for the Makeup Edit box. — Whether you choose the regular Terra Bella Box or the new Makeup Edit box, new subscribers can get a FREE bonus item in their first box with coupon code “2LREXTRA“.
Okay, now let’s see what’s in the April 2017 (regular) Terra Bella Box!
As always, the box featured a green leaf design on the outside and dark green tissue paper surrounding the items inside.
The info card listed every product in the April 2017 box, along with descriptions and retail prices for each one.
Red Bird Natural Soap Sunkissed Shampoo Bar ($6)
This handcrafted, all natural bar soap can be used as both a shampoo and an all-over body cleanser. It’s made with a blend of saponified olive oil, coconut oil and shea butter, along with lavender, rosemary and tea tree essential oils. It’s also infused with fresh carrot juice for extra vitamins and minerals. I’m not really into shampoo bars, so I’ll definitely be enjoying this as a “regular” body bar. — It smells SO nice!
EcoSkin Naturals Post Shave Gel ($10)
Designed for both men and women, this 100% natural post-shave gel calms and cools while preventing razor bumps. It’s made with 90% aloe and 10% essential oils of jojoba, peppermint, and tea tree. It’s suitable for the face and body.
Meraki Botanicals Mint Clove Toothpaste ($10)
This handcrafted toothpaste is a less abrasive and all natural alternative to commercial toothpastes. It consists of baking soda, coconut oil, stevia, bentonite clay, and a blend of essential oils. The gentle formula whitens teeth & scrubs away stains and is safe for all ages, including children. (Don’t worry, it smells a lot nicer than it looks. 😉 )
Abbey Lane Farm Spring Blossom Solid Perfume ($18)
An all natural solid perfume that’s set in in a base of fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil and local beeswax, along with essential oils and other botanical ingredients. “Spring Blossom” features a fragrant blend of bergamot, clary sage, neroli, ylang ylang and cedarwood. A little too floral for my personal taste, but still pretty!
April’s Terra Bella Box had sort of a “Spring cleaning” vibe going on with all of the personal hygiene products. 😉 My favorite items this month were the yummy smelling bar soap and natural toothpaste. The total retail value for March’s box was $44. Not quite as high as past boxes, but still a fair value. 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to sign up for Terra Bella Box, new subscribers can get a FREE bonus item in their first box with coupon code “2LREXTRA“!
