January 2017 Terra Bella Box review time!
If you’re not aware, Terra Bella Box is a subscription box that focuses on all natural beauty and skin care. They have two different box options to choose from. The regular Terra Bella Box includes 3-4 skincare, body care, hair, and bath items. The Makeup Edit box will only include cosmetics and will feature at least 3 items per box.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $32.95/month for the regular Terra Bella Box and $29.95/month for the Makeup Edit box. — Whether you choose the regular Terra Bella Box or the new Makeup Edit box, new subscribers can get a FREE bonus item in their first box with coupon code “2LREXTRA“.
Okay, now let’s see what’s in the January 2017 (regular) Terra Bella Box!
As always, the box featured a green leaf design on the outside and dark green tissue paper surrounding the items inside.
A peek inside!
The info card listed every product in the January box, along with descriptions and retail prices for each one.
Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques Organic Intensive Skin Thérapie ($11.50)
Made with a 99.99% certified organic base, this intensive skin cream naturally soothes & heals dry, cracked lips, hands, or feet. Ingredients include jojoba & coconut oils, organic beeswax, Vitamin E oil, sweet orange oil, and more.
Sugar Dunk Mini Dunk Sampler ($25)
A cute little sampler set of 4 mini body scrubs from Sugar Dunk. The scrubs are all natural & vegan-friendly and the following scents were included: Pretty N’ Pink (mint grapefruit), Morning Glory (orange vanilla), Moon Salt (lemon lavender), and Mud Pie (cinnamon coffee). Both salt and sugar based scrubs were included (2 of each).
Parlo Cosmetics Moisturizing Shave Cream in Sweet Lime Coconut ($10)
I don’t typically use shave cream, but this smells good enough that I just may have to give it a try. The scent is an “aromatic blend of tart lime, tropical coconut and creamy vanilla with just a hint of verbena” and it smells crazy awesome. The formula is 100% free of parabens, sulfates, & other chemical fillers and it’s vegan-friendly. I’m not sure how the consistency is supposed to be, but it seemed a bit runnier than a “whipped” cream should be. I’m sure it’ll do the job either way.
Jersey Shore Sun Mongongo Organic Lip Conditioner ($15)
This anti-aging lip balm is petroleum-free, 100% natural, and USDA certified organic. It’s made with organic mongongo oil, which is high in Vitamin E and other nutrients including calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, thiamine, riboflavin and Omega 6 oils. The formula works to prevent premature aging by naturally attracting and retaining moisture, as well as protecting from UV rays.
Another nice sampling of natural beauty products from Terra Bella Box! My favorite items this time were the sugar/salt scrubs, hand cream, and lip conditioner. The total retail value for January’s box was just over $60! — Remember, if you’d like to sign up for Terra Bella Box, new subscribers can get a FREE bonus item in their first box with coupon code “2LREXTRA“!
