Let’s see what’s in the November 2015 Terra Bella Box!
A peek inside.
The info card listed every product, along with retail prices for each one.
Wellsmith Scented Shea Butter in Clover Fields/Aloe Scent ($6) – I’ve received a different scent of this shea butter in another box (almond) and it smelled amazing. This one is nice, but not quite as strong. It’s made with just two ingredients — shea butter and fragrance oil. They also offer essential oil infused blends, which I would have preferred. Either way, this is super moisturizing and great for dry winter skin.
Poppy & Someday Coriander Herbal Lip Stain ($10) – An all natural lip stain made with alkanet root and beet root infused in extra virgin olive oil, coriander essential oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and beeswax. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an all natural lip stain before… It smells nice too!
Beige/Dusk/&/Greys Eye Balm ($12) – This multi-purpose eye balm can be used as both a makeup remover as well as an intensive moisturizer. To remove makeup, dab a soft cloth into the product and wipe in circles over your eyes until all of the makeup is gone. For deep hydration, rub a small amount under and around your eyes without rinsing.
SkinDeep Naturals Reusable Organic Cotton Rounds (~$2.50) – These reusable cotton rounds are made with 100% unbleached organic cotton. To clean them, just toss in the washer after each use.
Susan’s Soaps & More All Natural Almond Face Scrub ($7.50) – A cleansing and exfoliating scrub made with ground Susan’s Soap, oatmeal, cornmeal and essential oil. This smells great and I’m tempted to try it, but I’m afraid it may clog my drain. It’s kind of grainy and I don’t really trust our plumbing. 😉
Sage & Sea Apothecary Organic Facial Steam ($5) – According to their site, facial steams are great to use prior to a mask because they “encourage your pores to open, allowing your skin to really reap all the healing benefits of the mask. They can also loosen dirt and debris so that it’s easily swept away by the mask, removing deep down impurities.” This sachet has enough product for 2-4 uses.
Honestly, I wasn’t as excited by this month’s Terra Bella Box as I was with October’s offering, but I think that one was just hard to beat. (The mask is amazing, by the way! As is the lip butter.) This wasn’t a bad box by any means, just a little too face-focused for my personal taste. 😉
