Let’s see what’s in my December 2015 The Grapevine Box!
The box was shipped via 2-day priority mail.
Inside the shipping box was the actual box.
A purple and pink paper sleeve revealed the second white box inside.
A peek inside the box.
A 2-sided info card included a welcome note from the founders, as well as a full list of all the items in the box with descriptions and retail values.
Cosmoholic by Giuliano Liquid Lipstick in “Passionate Peach” ($24.95) – A liquid lipstick that goes on like a gloss but is pigmented like lipstick. This came in a fancy black box complete with a cushioned bed for the tube to lounge on. 😉 Oh, and it’s kind of hard to see, but…
…it also has an LED light built into the cap! There’s a handy little mirror on the back of the tube as well. What more do you need?
Lifetherapy Set ($7) – This set contained both a hand & body wash and a hydrating body lotion. The featured scent, “Flirt”, is described as a blend of bergamot, water flowers, coconut, muguet, and rose. All of Lifetherapy’s products are free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and are also cruelty-free.
MooGoo Skin Milk Udder Cream (sample) – This skin cream is super light & absorbent. It’s actually used in hospitals in Australia as a moisturizer cream for dry and damaged skin following radiation treatment and chemotherapy. It contains milk protein to help improve the skin’s elasticity.
Ellovi Blossom Lip Butter ($5) – I’ve used Ellovi products before and I’m definitely a fan. This balm is made with just 6 all natural ingredients — sunflower, mango, Hawaiian coconut, African shea, chamomile, and clementine.
Bath Blessings Face Nectar ($30, only available to the first 50 subscribers) – An organic face oil made with 100% natural ingredients. The blend is inspired by the tradition of Ayurveda and features organic essential oils & botanicals to revitalize your skin. I’ve been using face oil/serum for a few months now, so I’ll be happy to try this when my current bottle runs out.
E & C’s Heavenly Hunks Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies ($5) – Instead of the traditional flat cookie shape, these are larger “hunks” of fat cookie goodness. They’re made with all natural ingredients and are gluten-free.
I’m quite impressed with The Grapevine Box‘s debut offering! As promised, I was introduced to many new brands that I hadn’t heard of until now. (Actually, Evolli was the only one I was already familiar with.) The value was also great — with over $70 in products. Not bad for a $20/month box!
