A peek inside!
An information sheet listed all of the items in August’s box, along with full-color photos, descriptions, and retail values for each one.
At first it looked like this bottle was half empty, but no worries! — It’s just the separation of the oil/water that gives that illusion (see 2nd pic). Eye makeup is pretty much the only makeup I wear (aside from coverup/powder), so I always need a way to remove it. I’ve been using a makeup eraser towel for a while now, but sometimes it just doesn’t do the job. I’m hoping this gentle liquid remover will require a lot less effort. Plus, it does double duty as it also conditions and refreshes your skin at the same time it tackles your stubborn makeup.
This 100% natural, vegan-friendly sheet mask helps to rebalance your skin leaving a visibly healthier, more youthful glow. The biocellulose mask is infused with an active prebiotic, along with potent superfoods including coconut oil, almond oil, camelina, and nourishing sodium hyaluronate. It’s biodegradable, preservative-free, and safe for all skin types.
A serum/makeup primer in one, this lightweight elixir hydrates your skin while providing longer lasting makeup wear. Key ingredients include hyaluronic acid, aloe leaf juice, glycerin, and rose hip oil. It’s free of both parabens and phthalates, as well as silicone. Use it with or without makeup, but only apply 2-3 drops as a little goes a long way!
Aloe Vera Essence Gel ($20)
I always like having some form of aloe vera on hand in case one of us has a bit too much sun exposure, resulting in a dreaded sunburn. The gel above contains 92% aloe extracts and is designed to deeply hydrate and soothe any kind of skin redness/irritation.
Pamper your skin with this concentrated face treatment that features activated charcoal and sea clay to draw out impurities & minimize the appearance of pores. The addition of rice bran powder helps to provide a gentle exfoliating experience, resulting in a clear and bright complexion.
The August 2020 Naked Beauty Box included a nice collection of natural products to keep your skin glowing. The total retail price of everything this month was just over $90! 😀 — Remember, for a limited time you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code LOVE10!
