Unbound is an “adult” subscription box that sends you a collection of full-sized intimate products on a quarterly basis.
Each box will include a hand-selected assortment of high quality items ranging from toys, to wearables, stimulating gels, massage oils, and more. All of the products that you receive from Unbound are 100% guaranteed. — If an item breaks, just send it back and they’re replace or refund it at no cost to you. Also included in every box is an information/instruction card that explains how each item is to be used. Boxes are shipped four times a year in February, May, August, and November. You’re free to pause or cancel at any time.
Subscriptions are $65/quarter, plus shipping.
Let’s see what’s in the May 2016 Unbound box!
(WARNING: This post contains “adult” content. Proceed only if you’re over 18 and not offended by such material.)
Everything was shipped in a plain white (discreet!) box.
A smaller black box was hidden inside.
A peek under the lid!
The May Unbound “Delta” box was curated to “indulge and titillate three relatively small but incredibly sensitive parts of you: the nipples and clitoris”. Aka “the golden triangle”. An info card listed all of the products inside, along with short descriptions for each one.
Bijoux Indiscrets Silver Mimi Pasties ($11) – I do believe this is the first set of “pasties” that I’ve ever owned. 😉 The pretty sunburst design is composed of shimmering silver rhinestones that radiate around the nipple. Their self-adhesive silicone backings make applying them a breeze.
Jimmyjane Intro 2 Vibe ($59) – This sleek vibe features individual motors in each of its two soft silicone ears that come in handy when “pinching” the area of your choosing. It has 3 different intensity modes that can be easily controlled by a button on the bottom of the toy. It’s 100% waterproof and batteries are included.
Exsens Fresh Ginger Lychee Arousal Gel ($16) – Made in France, this arousal gel is said to give an intense cooling sensation within seconds of applying. (Careful! — A little goes a long way!) The formula is completely free of preservatives, parabens, and petroleum-based ingredients.
Unbound Body Chain ($36) – Without modeling it myself (uh, no), it was a bit difficult to show exactly how this chain is worn, so I grabbed a photo from Unbound’s site to give you a better idea. Basically, it just criss-crosses around your body and clasps in the middle. The info card (and photo) featured a gold chain, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive a silver one instead. Good to know — Unbound also offers their boxes in plus size.
Unbound Bag ($8) – Okay, I really find it hard to justify an $8 retail value for this small bag, but otherwise it’s a fun inclusion. It features a quote by Mae West — “Too much of a good thing can be wonderful”, and has a drawstring closure.
Overall, I was happy with my introduction to Unbound box. There was a good assortment of items and everything was full-sized, as promised. The total retail value of all the products came to roughly $130. Not bad! 🙂
