Let’s see what’s in the Fall 2018 Vine Oh! box!
Everything was shipped in a large box with the wine bottles packed in the bottom and a smaller, separate box of lifestyle items on top.
As always, I’ll start with the wine and unbox the additional items afterward.
The bottles were packed together in a cardboard wine shipper to protect them in transit.
2016 New Crush Santa Ynez Valley Riesling ($22.99)
From Vine Oh!:
New Crush Santa Ynez Valley Riesling delivers a superb balance of ripeness and sweet flavors with aromas of Jasmine, white pepper, lemon zest, dried apricot and a touch of wintergreen notes creating a sweet, delicious finish.
We’ve gotten this bottle in a past Vine Oh! box and my husband thought it was “sweet and fruity”. Wine snobs, we are not. 😉
2016 Mad Love California Zinfandel ($25.99 – on sale for $15!)

Another wine that we’ve gotten in a previous box, this was also sweet and full of bold flavor.

Trapp Fragrances Sexy Cinnamon Candle ($29)
When I first lit this candle, I was a little surprised that the scent was more perfume-y than straight up (“sexy”) cinnamon. Then I read the box and discovered that there’s “a bottle of perfume in every candle”. Makes sense! That said, “Sexy Cinnamon” features fragrance notes of natural cinnamon, blonde woods, and aromatic spices. It’s comprised of a soy wax blend and has a burn time of 50 hours. Also, how freakin’ cute is that packaging?!
A Day in the Life Planner ($12)
The Etsy shop behind this planner/calendar is currently “taking a short break”, so I wasn’t able to find any additional info on it (such as page count). While I tend to keep all of my important dates stored on my iPhone, it’s also nice to have a physical copy where the whole family can see what’s scheduled for the week.
Mixture Bamboo Exfoliating Sugar Balm ($36)
Brighten dull, dry skin with this exfoliating sugar balm from Mixture Bath + Body. The nourishing formula includes sugar, shea butter, cocoa seed butter, avocado oil, and rosemary extract to hydrate the skin while it cleanses. It’s cruelty-free and contains absolutely no parabens, sulfates, or phthalates.
Dutch House Caramels ($10)
These traditional, handcrafted gourmet caramel candies are “soft in texture and rich in flavor”. — They’re also HUGE! The package contains four individually wrapped pieces, which are gluten-free and processed in a peanut-free facility.
Brownlow Drink Sleeve ($6)
This 100% neoprene insulated drink sleeve helps to keep bottles & cans cold and your hands warm. It features the phrase “Kindness changes everything” over a colorful floral background.
As always, a nice mix of wine and fun/practical lifestyle items from Vine Oh!! My favorite products this time were the Trapp “Sexy Cinnamon” candle, A Day in the Life planner, and Mixture body scrub. The total retail value of this season’s box was over $133!
