Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Let’s see what’s in the November 2018 All Around Vegan box!
Everything was shipped in a white box sealed with custom tape featuring the All Around Vegan logo.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the items included in November’s box, with each one under its respective category.
They also included a card that listed various “vegan wins” that took place during the month of October. Very cool! I’m just hoping the Annie’s cinnamon rolls aren’t going to be available exclusively at Costco (we don’t have one here!).
Food
Munk Pack Oatmeal Raisin Spice Protein Cookie
The first food item for November’s box was an oatmeal raisin spice cookie from Munk Pack. I’ve had these cookies in a couple other flavors, but this will be my first time trying this one. I honestly can’t even remember the last time I had an oatmeal raisin cookie, so I’m really looking forward to devouring this thing. I’ll just try to ignore that fact that it has 320 calories and focus on those 18 grams of plant-based protein. 😉
Mama Chia Chia Squeeze Blackberry Bliss Vitality Snack
These chia-packed squeeze pouches take a bit to get used to, but once you get past the weird texture they’re really not too bad. It’s definitely worth it for the 1200mg of omega-3’s they offer! Plus, it has just 70 calories and 7 grams of sugar per pouch.
Ocho Organic Coconut Bar
I first discovered this amazingly delicious chocolate bar via another subscription box a couple years ago. At the time I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was vegan-friendly and it’s now one of my absolute favorite treats. Like the info card states, it’s basically the vegan version of a Mounds bar — only 100x better. SO good!
GimMe Organic Wasabi Seaweed
Welp, there had to be one bad apple in the bunch… Ha. Sorry seaweed, but I just can’t enjoy you. I know many vegans will disagree, but I find you totally unappetizing and gross. I’m sorry. 🙁
Lifestyle
Urban CheeseCraft Dairy Free Cheddar Mix
This “cheese kit” was included as a lifestyle item because it’s both a food mix and an activity. I’ve never attempted to make my own cheese before, so this should be interesting. It does look rather simple though. You basically just blend the mix with water, a little oil and your base (nuts, seeds, veggies or white beans), simmer, and shape. It makes roughly 1.5 cups or one small cheese wheel. I wonder if it can be used to make mac n’ cheese? Hmm…
Wet-It! Dish Cloth
Aw, what a sweet little piggy! — This cheerful Swedish dish cloth is a great eco-alternative to paper towels, sponges, and washcloths. It’s made of a biodegradable blend of cotton & cellulose which can absorb 15 times its weight! It’s machine washable and will last up to 6 months with regular use.
Bath & Body
Whole Love Organics Tea Tree Lavender Deodorant
November’s bath & body item was a handmade deodorant from Whole Love Organics. It’s made with 100% natural ingredients including organic virgin coconut oil, organic arrowroot powder, aluminum-free baking soda, and essential oils of tea tree & lavender. I use natural deodorants 99% of the time (unless it’s SUPER hot & humid) and am always happy to try new ones out.
Activism
“Not Your Mom, Not Your Milk” Mug
I have a nice little collection of mugs and this is (surprisingly!) my first vegan-themed one. You’d think after 15 years I would have procured one at some point, ya know? But yeah, the message here is pretty clear. You are NOT a baby cow, therefore you shouldn’t be drinking from her mom’s teat. So logical, yet so disregarded.
Pin
I didn’t see this little pin listed on the info card, but I’ll gladly be sticking it on my bag (I hate the word “purse”). I was all about band/message pins back in the day, so this is kinda taking me back to my 20’s and I like it. 😉
Another awesome collection of vegan snacks, lifestyle items and more from All Around Vegan box! My personal favorites this month were the Munk Pack cookie, Ocho coconut bar, “Not your milk” mug, and vegan pin. Actually, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that dang package of seaweed… But hey, maybe I’ll give it another try. Maaaybe… 😉
