ALOHA is a healthy lifestyle brand that offers monthly subscriptions, as well as an online shop featuring one of their newest products — the 14-Day Detox Bundle.
I’ve recently decided to make it a point to start eating better, so when I was offered the chance to try out one of ALOHA’s new 14-Day Bundles I happily agreed. They have 4 different options to choose from — 14-Day Superfood Fuel, 14-Day Adventure Essentials, 14-Day Balance Booster, and the one I chose — 14-Day Detox Bundle.
Each lifestyle bundle features products that are both vegan-friendly and gluten free. Everything is also made in the USA using all natural, non-GMO ingredients — many of which are also organic). Items vary between each bundle, but can include protein powder, teas, supplements, whole food powder, protein bars, recipes, guides, and more.
ALOHA lifestyle bundles are a one-time purchase and sell for $149.99 each.
Let’s see what’s in the ALOHA 14-Day Detox Bundle!
Everything was shipped in a large (and heavy) brown box.
A peek inside!
ALOHA Vanilla Protein Powder ($33 value) – First up was this big (1.14 pound) tin of vanilla protein powder. I love that it’s vegan (obviously), as well as gluten and soy free. It’s 100% plant-based and made with pure ingredients including pea protein, pumpkin seed protein, coconut water, vanilla bean, apple juice, and more. Each 2-scoop serving has just 150 calories and 18 grams of protein.
ALOHA Daily Good Greens ($45 value) – These convenient pouches make it easy to get in a major dose of superfoods in one easy serving. This all natural whole foods powder includes a blend of coconut water, peas, spinach, wheatgrass juice, wild blueberries, spirulina, mushrooms, moringa, and more. Just toss a 35-calorie packet into a smoothie, stir it into a soup, or simply mix with water.
ALOHA Clean Organic Herbal Tea ($7.90 value) – With its purifying blend of ginger, raspberry fruit, and dandelion root, this clean tea will help your body to “reset” and prepare you for the day ahead. ALOHA’s in-house herbalist (along with a team of culinary experts) created a tea meant specifically to help purify your system and to taste great as well.
ALOHA “The Foundation” Nutritional Supplements ($49 value) – It’s not always easy to find vegan-friendly vitamins/supplements, so I’m happy these were included in the bundle. Each packet contains 4 softgels & 3 capsules to be taken daily with food. It contains nutrients like Vitamin D3, omega-3s, and magnesium to help boost your energy and mood, bolster your defenses, support your body’s detoxification, relieve stress, and feel beautiful inside and out.
Along with the physical products, the bundle also includes a full 14-Day Detox Program that is sent via email (as a PDF) upon purchase.
The program gives you specific foods which should (yes-list) and shouldn’t (no-list) be consumed during your detox.
There’s plenty of information on how to incorporate the ALOHA products into your meal plan, as well as helpful tips and suggestions to ensure that you get the most out of your detox as possible.
Finally, they provide plenty of relatively simple (and tasty) recipes using foods from the “yes list”. I was a little surprised to see non-vegan dishes included as well, but I suppose it’s to cover all diets — so that anyone can easily participate in the detox (not just vegans).
I’m really impressed with both the products and the helpful information included in the ALOHA 14-Day Detox Bundle! I love that every item is 100% vegan-friendly, which you don’t see often with these types of programs. The total retail value of everything included in the bundle if you bought them separately is $134.90 (not counting the value of the PDF outline/recipes). However, you can save 25% on any bundle with coupon code “ALOHA25” — making your bundle just $112.50! My plan is to start next week and I’m excited to give it a go. 🙂
