Love With Food recently announced a 100% gluten-free box and I was lucky enough to be sent one for review. As with the regular “Tasting Box“, the theme this month is “Fun at the County Fair” and features healthier versions of traditional carnival/fair treats that are “fun for the whole family”.
Love With Food is only $10/month (plus $2 shipping) for their “Tasting” box, $19.95/month (free shipping) for the “Deluxe” box, and $32/month (free shipping) for this Gluten Free box. With every box purchased, Love With Food donates a meal to a person in need. Everyone wins!
This was their very first gluten-free box, so I was excited to see what was inside!
Cookie Mix by Jules Gluten Free – This is one heavy box of cookie mix — 1.3 pounds, to be exact! It’s enough to make 60 gluten-free cookies. Just add your own mix-ins (chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc) for a customized tasty treat. The instructions include options to make the cookies egg free and dairy free as well. Yay!
Lundberg Family Farms Redwood Smoky BBQ Multigrain Chips – Crispy chips made with non-GMO ingredients and whole grains including amaranth, brown rice, quinoa, and more. I love BBQ flavored things and look forward to trying these!
Dang Toasted Coconut Chips – I love these things! They’re toasted coconut chips made with just 3 ingredients: coconut, sugar, and salt. They’re super crunchy and highly addictive.
Terra Sweets & Beets Real Vegetable Chips – I don’t see these listed on the info card, so I’m not sure if it’s a bonus, or they just forgot to add it. Anywhooo, these chips are made with real sweet potatoes and beets. They contain no sugar or salt and make a great healthy alternative to potato chips. Oh, they’re made with non-GMO veggies too!
180 Degrees Nutty Rice Bites with Blueberries – I got these in my “Tasting Box” this month and thought they were a little too sweet… I opened another bag when this box came and to my surprise, they didn’t seem quite as sugary as the other bag. Weird. Maybe I just got an overly sweetened batch?
Boulder Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free Original Granola – Yay! Vegan (and obviously gluten-free) granola! I’m all about granola and am always happy to try new brands. This is high in protein, low in sugar, and contains organic, non-GMO ingredients. Mmm!
Ginnybakes Butter Crisp Love Ginnyminis – I’ve gotten these in a past LWF box and I wasn’t really a fan. Well, I should say my family members weren’t fans. (I didn’t try them, since they’re not vegan.) I gave them to my girls and they couldn’t bite them because they were too hard. My parents tried them and said the same. What fun is a cookie that you can’t even bite? Booo.
Apple Crisp Junobar by Bumblebar – Apple cinnamon flavored protein bar made with dates, quinoa, and other good-for-you organic ingredients.
Yummy Earth Organic Lollipops – These are vegan, gluten-free lollipops made with organic ingredients and real fruit and veggie extracts. 5 pops were included in the box.
I think it’s awesome that Love With Food offers a 100% gluten-free box. This is a great way for people with gluten sensitivities to discover new allergy-friendly products. Now if they’d only do a vegan one… 😉
If you’d like to sign up for Love With Food, they’re currently offering new members a free Love With Food box (just pay $2 shipping — though I’ve heard some people are getting it totally free) when you use the promo code “YUMMY” (If that code doesn’t work, try “FBGIFT“).
