The back of the card included instructions on how to enjoy your oils using a diffuser. There are SO many ways to use essential oils, but this is possibly the easiest.

Holiday Afterparty – A blend of sage, bergamot, grapefruit, lemon, and blue cypress. This is a nice, relaxing scent ideal for unwinding at the end of a long day (or party!).

Bonfire Nights – A woodsy blend of black spruce, cedarwood, fir needle, and vetiver. Oooh… this one makes me feel like I’m walking through a lush forest right before the first snowfall… Crunching through leaves and chomping on candy canes. Festive, indeed! 🙂

Cinnamon Cookie – A sweet blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, and balsam of Peru. I love “holiday baked goods” type scents, and this one is perfect for the Christmas season. The sweet smell of freshly baked cookies without all the prep.

Breathe in Box is a great way to add to your essential oil collection without spending a fortune. I really love that they feature custom blends, as opposed to one single scent. Oh, and that they customize the scents to the current seasons. I was thrilled to receive a holiday-themed collection… So thrilled that I asked “Santa” for a diffuser this year. 😉
