Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $30.95/month or less with multi-month commitments. They also offer a sample box for $11.95/month that includes 2-3 product samples and coupons. — New subscribers can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
Let’s see what’s in my July 2017 BuddhiBox!
Starting with July’s shipment, BuddhiBox will be sending their “boxes” in reusable canvas bags to be more eco-conscious.
A peek in the bag!
The info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices. It also indicated if an item is vegan, organic, and/or cruelty free.
From Molly with Love Pacific Beach Sea Salt Spray ($18)
An all natural beach spray made with a blend of pink Himalayan sea salt, coconut oil, water and pure essential oils of lavender, rosemary, and jasmine. A few spritzes will give your hair textured, beachy waves, while also leaving behind a light, tropical scent.
LaRitzy Glossy Liquid Lipstick ($24)
A paraben-free, highly pigmented liquid lipstick that provides lasting color for hours. I received the shade “Nudes”, which is a light rust-ish color that should be suitable for many skin tones. I’m still undecided how I feel about the shade with my skin tone, but I might give it a try.
BuddhiBox Boho Ocean Necklace ($25)
A cute little black & white pouch held this pretty beaded necklace. It features various shades of blue beads — inspired by the colors of the sea — along with a matching tassel for serious boho vibes.
Glowing Orchard Organics Natural Deodorant ($3)
A 100% natural deodorant stick made with coconut oil, non-GMO arrowroot starch, organic shea nut butter, organic cocoa butter, aluminum-free baking soda, kaolin clay, and other earth-friendly ingredients. It’s free of synthetic dyes, preservatives, fragrances, colors, aluminum, parabens & antiperspirants, yet it claims to provide all-day odor protection. (Fingers crossed!)
Blue Calcite Healing Stone ($8)
This pretty blue healing stone is said to be excellent for calming and soothing. It’s particularly helpful when recovering from illness and to aid the healing of pain, particularly in the bones and joints. It can also boost the flow of energy in your body and help clear negative vibrations.
Salt Stick FastChews Electrolyte Tablets ($3)
These handy, chewable tablets are formulated to reduce heat stress, boost stamina, reduce muscle cramping, and maintain electrolyte levels. They’re lemon-lime flavored and are non-GMO, gluten-free, fat-free, and vegetarian.
Gypsy Soul Organics Sun Salutation Salve ($6)
A 100% natural and organic healing salve made with sunflower oil, olive oil, beeswax, shea butter, cocoa butter, vanilla & honey. It smells amazing and is designed to heal “everything between the sun & moon”.
BuddhiBox Artisan Seashell Soaps ($6)
There wasn’t much info included on these soaps, other than they’re artisan made and were included to bring summer vibes into your home. They’re pretty small, so I’d think they’d be best used as decoration.
This month’s featured yoga pose was “Baddha Konasana”. Full “instructions” were included on the reverse side of the card.
July’s BuddhiBox (er, bag) was packed with lots of great items! My favorites were the Glowing Orchard Organics natural deodorant, Gypsy Soul Organics salve, and LaRitzy liquid lipstick. The total value of everything this month was $93! 🙂
