Let’s see what’s in my October 2018 BuddhiBox!
The box!
A peek inside.
BuddhiBox now sends their “boxes” in reusable canvas bags. Every bag features a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra each month.
An info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices. It also indicated if an item is vegan, organic, and/or cruelty free.
Halsa Essentials Asana Flow Essential Oil Yoga Roll-On ($15)
A vegan-friendly essential oil roll-on designed to help enhance your yoga practice as it purifies, uplifts, and soothes. It’s made in the US and contains a blend of pure lavender, lemon, mandarin & bois de rose essential oils in a base of fractionated coconut oil.
BuddhiBox Aromatherapy Necklace ($25)
Carry the scent of your favorite essential with you all day long when you wear this dainty aromatherapy necklace. It features a delicate gold chain that holds a triangular shaped clay lava bead that serves as an essential oil diffuser. Just place a few drops of your favorite oil right onto the bead and enjoy the scent.
Real Beauty for a Cause Toner Tab ($4)
Give your face a deep cleanse by dropping this toner tab in steaming water and allowing its natural ingredients to purify your skin. It not only cleanses, but also reduces the look of redness and irritation.
Mystical Blossoms Namaste Sexy Tea ($15)
According to the label, this soothing herbal tea is especially nourishing for women who are menstruating or going through menopause. It contains a blend of nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, dried orange peel, hibiscus, and rosehips. Add a bit of honey and enjoy it hot or over ice.
Mystical Blossoms Breathe Herbal Aromatherapy Inhaler ($6)
An all natural inhaler that can help improve your mood, clear your sinuses, and relieve headaches without the use of medication. It contains pure essential oils of eucalyptus, peppermint, fir needle, Italian lemon, cardamom and laurel leaf. To use, twist off cap and place inner tube near one nostril (about half an inch away) and inhale slowly counting between 3 to 5 seconds. Hold for 5 seconds and slowly exhale. Repeat on other nostril. Repeat the process on each nostril 2 to 3 times.
Ziya Soul Hibiscus Clay Mask ($15)
This all natural, handmade clay mask is designed for all skin types — even sensitive. It contains a blend of ground hibiscus flowers, white kaolin clay, rose petals, and essential oils. Just add water until you reach your desired consistency, apply to face, and rinse after 10-15 minutes.
Love & Lotus Peace of Mind Sugar Scrub & Lip Balm Set ($10)
Two products from Love & Lotus Naturals were included: An exfoliating lip scrub made with natural ingredients including sugar, shea butter, coconut oil & carnauba wax and a soothing lip balm featuring mango butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, and more. My daughters are all about lip balms these days, so we can never have enough.
October’s BuddhiBox included a nice variety of items to refresh both your body and your spirit. My favorite items this month were the Asana Flow roll-on, Mystical Blossoms natural inhaler, and Love & Lotus lip balm. The total value of everything in October’s box was $90! — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
