Flaviar is a subscription box that sends you a monthly sampling of fine spirits from around the globe.

Each “Tasting Box” will contain three premium spirits selected by Flaviar’s experts and industry professionals. From the Lab is probably the most unpredictable subscription box around — in terms of when/how often it ships. It’s supposed to be a monthly box, but this is only the third one I’ve received since February. Very bizarre indeed.

If you’re new to them, From the Lab is a monthly beauty box that sends you luxury brand beauty products at a drastically lower cost — months before they’re released to the US market. They source their products from some of the same beauty labs that luxury brands develop their lines in. However, they’re able to offer them at a much lower cost because they don’t do extensive marketing campaigns or worry about pretty packaging.
