Subscriptions are $21.99/month and shipping is included.
Let’s see what’s in the September 2015 Chic StyleBox!
The box was shipped inside a protective poly mailer so it wouldn’t get damaged in transit.
The box itself featured the Chic StyleBox logo printed in pink (purple?) and was sealed with a matching pink ribbon.
A peek inside. — So festive!
The enclosed info sheet listed the autumn-inspired items included, as well as a mystery box announcement for subscribers.
Infinity Knit Scarf ($24.99) – The colors in this scarf totally scream autumn and I love it! I say it every year, but *this* is going to be the year that I start rocking scarves more. (I’m building up quite the collection thanks to subscription boxes.) The scarf is 100% acrylic and very stretchy. While it’s cute and very festive, I’m not quite sure the $25 value is accurate. The tag says “All Jazzed Up” and a quick Google search led me to believe that these can be bought super cheap at wholesale. That said, it’s still a fun scarf!
Owl Necklace ($9.99) – Another very fall-ish piece. This guy’s pretty large… maybe 4 inches from head to tail? He’s hand painted with a pretty wine color to match the scarf above and comes on a long chain. I’m not quite sure if I can pull off a bold piece like this, but we’ll see. 😉
Overall, I’m happy with the September Chic StyleBox. I love the autumn theme and while I think the values seem a little exaggerated, the items are definitely fun and perfect for the upcoming season.
