Let’s see what’s in my November 2017 Chococurb box!
Everything was shipped in a small turquoise box with a white Chococurb logo on top.
A peek inside!
Brasstown 45% Milk Craft Chocolate
This bean-to-bar bar was crafted in North Carolina using only the purest ingredients — specifically raw sugar, organic cacao beans, powdered milk, and organic cocoa butter. A top quality artisan-made bar for milk chocolate fans.
Chococurb X Chocolat Moderne Kalamata Olive Avant-Garde Bar
Another Chococurb/Chocolat Moderne collaboration bar, this limited edition flavor features Kalamata olives, sea salt, and olive oil blended with dark chocolate. Inside is a sweet & gooey caramel filling. I can’t say that I’ve ever thought I’d see olives in a chocolate bar, but I’m guessing they add just a hint of flavor to an already flavor-filled bar. (Since it’s not vegan-friendly, I can’t tell you for sure!)
La Naya Pistachio & Cocoa Nibs White Chocolate Bar
I was never really a fan of white chocolate, but this bar actually sounds quite good. It’s handcrafted in Lithuania using creamy organic white chocolate and studded with crunchy pistachios and cocoa nibs. The bar contains 40% cacao and is non-GMO & gluten-free.
Barú Dreamy Chocolate Hippo
This cute little hippo-shaped truffle features a hazelnut filling surrounded by smooth milk chocolate. It’s made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients including sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, and hazelnuts.
Dolfin Dark Chocolate with Earl Grey Tea
This was the sole vegan-friendly treat in November’s box and I’m excited to try it. To be honest, I’m not too keen on earl grey tea, but the rave reviews this bar received on Amazon has me quite intrigued. (Also, it’s currently selling on there for $19.95 — for ONE bar. Woah.) The bar is made with premium Belgian dark chocolate and flavored with real earl grey tea — including the leaves, which are said to give it a nice crunch. 🙂
Yet another fabulous assortment of artisan-made treats from Chococurb! Since the majority of bars this month wasn’t vegan-friendly, I’m thinking they’ll make nice little teacher gifts for the holidays. 🙂 Remember — if you’d like to try Chococurb, you can save 10% on your first order with coupon code “ROSEBUDS“!
