Let’s check out the August 2016 Chroma Club book!
The book shipped in a small envelope via first class mail.
The book! — August’s theme was “Cinema Festival”.
The first page included a little more about the theme and also introduced a fun new contest that involved finding an Oscar statue hidden somewhere in the drawings.
The booklet opened “flip book style”, making it easy to color each page without worrying about the binding getting in the way. Each spread included hashtags describing the featured design.
I thought for SURE the Oscar statue would be hidden in this jam-packed bus full of kooky characters… Nope!
This stained glass style lemon illustration even included a simple recipe for classic lemonade.
More cinema-themed artwork. (I swore the Oscar would be hidden in the popcorn… But no. Foiled again!)
A highly detailed sunflower. — Freshly sharpened pencils will definitely be needed for this one!
The ever-popular mandala.
There were nine drawings/pages in all, all with varying skill levels and difficulty.
If you’d like to check out Chroma Club for yourself, you can use coupon code “HALFOFF“ — making it just $4 for the first month!
