Clean Bar Box time!

If you’re new to them, Clean Bar Box is a subscription that sends you a new selection of handmade bar soap every month. All of their soaps are totally free of animal products, parabens, lauryl sulfate, petroleum products, and preservatives. Each monthly box includes a variety of scents that are chosen to reflect the current season.

3 different subscription plans are available: The Large Clean Bar Box ($19.99 monthly) includes two full 5-ounce bars and two 2.5 ounce mini bars. The Large Clean Bar Box Every Other Month has the same contents as a regular large box, but is sent every other month for $19.99. The Four Bar Sampler Box ($14.99 monthly) includes four 2.5-ounce mini bars — more than enough for a month’s worth of use. All boxes are shipped free.

I received the “Large” Clean Bar Box. November’s soaps featured “sweet-smelling fruits and heart-warming spices”.

Black Raspberry Vanilla Soap – Yep, this one is definitely fruity! It features the sweet scent of black raspberries with a hint of warm vanilla. The cream-colored bar has a contrasting dark purple stripe on the side for a pop of color.

Cranberry Spice Soap – Mmm… This one smells like Christmas! Or at least “Christmas-inspired” candles and room sprays. 😉 It has the distinctive scent of holiday spices and tart cranberries… A perfect inclusion for a November box.

Spearmint Rosemary Soap – Oooh! I LOVE the scent of rosemary! I was a little worried that the spearmint would overpower it, but thankfully the rosemary held its own. This bar has such a great, fresh/clean scent and I totally wish it was full-sized. SO good.

Almond Spice Soap – Mmm… This bar reminds me of freshly baked cookies. The scent is a blend of traditional fall spices & almonds, which smells amazing. I wish this one was full-sized too!

I’m loving all of the seasonal scents that Clean Bar Box has been including in their boxes lately. Holiday scents are my absolute favorite and the combinations they’ve been sending have been amazing… I just wish they didn’t last so damn long — I wanna try them all out NOW! 😉 Oh, but one thing I was kinda bummed about product-wise was the fact that they no longer include the soap scent/ingredients inside the mini soap bags. I have a TON of soap waiting to be used and it was nice to have all of the bars “labeled”. Not a huge deal, but I’ll definitely miss not knowing exactly what each scent is as I use them. Ah well. (Edited to add that I just realized that I can simply cut the scent names from the info card and tuck them into their respective bags. Crisis averted! 😉 )
