Craftly is a newer lifestyle subscription box that features a selection of high quality products and handcrafted goods from independent artisans, as well as small & mid-to-large scale brands/businesses.
Each month you’ll receive a carefully curated box of 3-5 samples, full-sized items, and exclusive offers. Items can fall into any of the following categories: Accessories, home, beauty, grooming, tech, fashion, stationery, food, fitness, and more.
Subscriptions are $19.99/month plus shipping. They offer both a men’s and women’s box.
Let’s see what’s in the July 2015 Craftly Box!
The box!
The info card details on each of the products in the box including a brief description, retail value, and company website. It wasn’t indicated, but I believe this is the women’s box (the fragrance kinda gave it away).
A peek inside.
Do One Thing Every Day That Scares You by Robie Rogge & Dian Smith ($6.97 Amazon, $12.95 MSRP) – I love this! It’s a journal that encourages you to get over your fears (whatever they may be) by offering you daily challenges and inspiring quotes on each of its pages. The date fields are blank so you can either fill them out in order, or hop around to different challenges as you wish. Neat concept!
Fitzy Design Nude Cord Keeper ($12) – This uniquely designed headphone organizer helps to keep your earbuds and other cords tangle-free. It’s made with vegetable tanned leather, leather cord, and a solid brass snap. It’s a cute piece, but since I don’t personally use leather goods, I’ll be passing this along to someone who does.
The Old Tamarack Green Rose Natural Botanical Fragrance ($4.50) – I’m not a huge fan of receiving fragrances in subscription boxes, but I make an exception when they’re made with 100% natural ingredients (like this one!). Green Rose is handmade in Brooklyn, NY and contains a blend of wild-harvested essential oils, absolutes, organic grain, perfumers alcohol, and castor oil. I’m awful at describing scents, so refer to the photo above for the particular notes. 😉
“Note to Self” Sticker Pack ($6) – These stickers are a “Craftly exclusive” and were included to serve as daily reminders to live a happy & healthy life.
Craftly did a nice job curating a box of fun and useful items. The book was definitely my favorite thing in the box and I’m looking forward to facing my fears, journal style. The total value of all the items was roughly $30 (using the lower Amazon cost of the book), which is about $10 more than the monthly subscription. Not bad!
