Let’s see what’s in the Summer 2022 Decocrated box!
Everything was shipped in a bright yellow box with the Decocrated logo printed in white.
A peek inside! — All of the items were securely packed below in their own separate boxes.
An envelope contained both the information/styling booklet and this season’s art print.
The info/styling booklet included full color-photos of everything in this season’s box, along with plenty of styling tips and inspiration. I’m not the best at knowing how to “properly” arrange home decor items, so this booklet is always helpful. 😉 It’s also fun to see some of the items that were featured in past boxes displayed in photos alongside the current season’s pieces.
The Art Print
This season’s double-sided art print features a non-seasonally specific phrase on one side (“My Happy Place”), with a more summer-themed citrus design on the other. The print measures 4″ by 6″ and can be easily displayed with or without a frame.
Stickers
Also included in the envelope was a fun sheet of summer-themed stickers. Cute! 🙂
The Woven Rug
Decocrated gave subscribers a chance to customize their summer box by choosing from 3 different rug colors — black & white (shown above), gray & white, or light blue & white. I was excited to receive the black & white option, as it’s the same color scheme as our current kitchen “by the sink” rug. 😉 Though I’m considering placing it under our front porch welcome mat for that trendy “layered” look. Decisions, decisions… The rugs all measure 35.5 inches by 23.5 inches and are made of 100% cotton. 🙂
Wood & Metal Wall Shelf
What a cute — and practical — little wall shelf! I was so excited to see this included in the box. I’ve been wanting to get more shelves to fill up the empty areas in our still (sort of) “new to us” home and this one would look great in multiple places. I absolutely love its clean/minimalist design and the fact that it can easily work with just about any decor. As for measurements, the black metal bar at the top is about 16 inches long and the wooden shelf (12 inches long by 5 inches deep) hangs around 12 inches below the top bar. It’s the perfect size for a bathroom, office, cozy corner, or just about anywhere that could use a little something.
Wood Caddy
During parties and family get-togethers, I typically use paper/plastic cups to hold the silverware for our guests. — Needless to say, the wood caddy above will be a nice step up. 😉 The caddy features a light natural wood finish with rope handles and 5 cubbies for storage — 4 on the “top” for silverware and a 5th one along the bottom for napkins. If you’re not into entertaining, it can also be used to store art supplies, crafts, or just about anything else that needs a little organization. The piece measures roughly 7.5 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide.
Faux Plant in Ceramic Pot
I am ALL about the faux plants. We bought a bunch of live ones last year, only to be inundated with fungus gnats. Never again! Bring me all the faux, yo! 😉 The plant above is about 7 inches tall (4 inches wide) and features delicate white flower buds in a matching white ceramic pot. It’s a great size and fits absolutely perfectly on the wall shelf included in this box.
Wooden Art Block
The final item was a decorative art block to remind you to slow down and enjoy the small things. It features a dark gray and white plaid patterned frame surrounding a chalkboard-style plaque that reads “live simply”. The block measures 6 inches wide by 4 inches tall by 1 inch deep and can easily be styled just about anywhere.
The Summer 2022 Decocrated box was a major win! All of the pieces easily fit into my current decor and almost all of them were things that I totally would have picked out myself.
