Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
Let’s see what’s in the May 2022 Fit Snack box!
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via UPS Ground.

Mmmm! — I LOVE plantain chips and was very happy to see these included in this month’s box. Not only are they vegan-friendly, gluten free, non-GMO, and cholesterol-free — but they also have 30% less fat than potato chips! This particular bag is flavored with lime and I can’t wait to try them. 🙂
Oh, hello there second bag of plantain chips! 😉 Like their lime-flavored cousins, these “lightly salted” chips are also vegan, gluten free, and have zero trans fats. They also contain no added sugar and have just 150 calories per serving/bag.
This all natural allergen-friendly granola tastes like warm apple crisp, but much healthier. It has just seven simple ingredients: Gluten-free oats, brown rice syrup, honey, diced dried apples, sea salt, natural apple flavor, and cinnamon.
These “revamped” raisins are made from grapes that are let to dry hanging on the vine, unlike traditional raisins that are dried on the ground. This allows them to remain delicate & juicy. They’re non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan friendly.
Moon Fruit is a new line of fruit snacks made from whole fruit and other wholesome ingredients. They’re freeze-dried for a satisfying crunch and contain no added sugar, juices/concentrates, artificial colors/flavors, or preservatives. I have a feeling my kiddos are going to love these!
This gluten-free instant oatmeal features a unique blend of certified whole grain gluten-free oats, flax meal, chia seeds, quinoa, and amaranth. Each serving contains 6 grams of fiber, 8 grams of protein, and zero sugar. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free (obviously), and vegan-friendly.
Ka-Pop! is a brand I’ve discovered through Fit Snack and am happy to know that all of their products are always vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and allergen-free. The BBQ flavored “popped chips” above have just 130 calories, 5 grams of fat, and 3 grams of sugar per serving.
Unlike conventional graham crackers, Nairn’s are baked with pure gluten-free oats and contain 35% less sugar than the average comparable “sweet cookie” (they’re made in Scotland). The packets above are ginger flavored and taste absolutely fabulous. These are actually my top favorite item to receive in Fit Snack boxes and I’m excited every time they pop up. SO good!!
My May 2022 Fit Snack box included a great selection of (plantain) chips, granola, fruit snacks, grahams, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Nairn’s Ginger Oat Grahams, Turbana Plantain Chips (both varieties), Three Little Birds Granola, and Moon Fruit snacks for my kiddos. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box!
