Let’s see what’s in the September 2017 Ecocentric Mom “Mom & Baby” Box!
Everything was shipped in a blue/green box with the Ecocentric Mom logo on top.
A peek inside!
September’s theme was “Play Date/Date Night”. An info card included a link to learn more about each product over on the Ecocentric Mom website.
Glow for a Cause “Wish” Perfume ($16)
I’m not generally a fan of perfumes, but I’ve received this product in other boxes and I actually like it. “Wish” is a concentrated solid perfume made with natural/organic oils that features notes of light florals, white tea, and bergamot grounded by light musks. It’s slightly floral, but not floral enough that it makes me dislike it. 😉
Glow for a Cause “Wish” Body Butter ($6)
To go along with the perfume above, a small jar of “Wish” body butter was also included. Its rich formula contains moisturizing oils of coconut, jojoba, sunflower, vitamin E, and other skin-nourishing ingredients. It’s also paraben, phthalate, and gluten free. I LOVE body butters and look forward to enjoying this one. 🙂
Rubbabu Golf Ball ($7.99)
I’ve gotten Rubbabu toys/balls in subscription boxes since my girls were babies and they always had fun with them. The toys are all made from natural rubber foam and flocked with an easy-to-clean child-safe nylon. I thought my girls would be too old for this, but when they saw it sitting in the box, they both wanted to play with it. (I gotta say, it IS kinda fun to squish. 😉 )
Lyeska Facial Cleanser ($38)
This 100% natural facial cleanser gently cleanses your skin without stripping away its natural oils. It features restorative Siberian cedar nut oil with a blend of apple, burdock root & calendula to soothe and hydrate your skin, leaving it soft and rejuvenated. The formula is vegan-friendly and free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, aluminum, and gluten.
Miracle Tree Moringa Apple & Cinnamon Superfood Tea ($6.95)
An organic, caffeine-free tea consisting of fresh and organic dried Moringa leaves blended with the highest quality green tea. — Moringa is a natural superfood that contains over 90 nutrients including 47 antioxidants, 25 vitamins & minerals, and all 9 essential amino acids. I was happy to see that Ecocentric Mom chose Apple & Cinnamon flavor, which is perfect for the upcoming autumn season!
WaterWipes Travel Pack ($1)
Made with 99.9% water and 0.1% fruit extract, these claim to be “the world’s purest baby wipes”. Although my girls just turned 5, we still use wipes quite regularly and the purer, the better.
While I tend to prefer a higher ratio of baby/child items to mom ones, I nevertheless enjoyed September’s Ecocentric Mom box. My favorite items were the Moringa tea, Rubbabu ball, and body butter. As always, the retail value was impressive at just over $75! 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $10 on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUD10“!
