Each box will feature products from various Christian businesses, along with suggestions of ways you can use them to minister to others. 10% of your subscription cost each month will go towards helping a highlighted ministry. Items can range from home decor, to jewelry, kitchen accessories, wearables, and more.
Subscriptions are $19.50 (plus $3 shipping)/month, or less with multi-month commitments.
I was recently sent a “mish-mash” of items from their July, August, and upcoming September boxes.
Let’s see what’s inside my Filled Crate!
The box was shipped via priority mail and included a quote from scripture on the top.
A peek inside.
Each box comes with a 2-sided info card that indicates that month’s theme, lists its contents, and reveals the featured ministry of the month. The card above is for July, whose theme was “Bloom”.
Quiet Time Card – This “bloom” themed card guides you through a 4-week study aimed at “blooming where the Lord has you planted by reaching out to those in your sphere of influence”.
Pancakes & Glue Guns Handmade Flower Magnets – Two cute handmade flower clothespin magnets from the Pancakes & Glue Guns Etsy shop were included to display your quiet time card and any other inspirational cards from the box.
August’s Filled Crate was themed “Refresh”.
Quite Time Card – August’s devotional card was dedicated to helping you be “refreshed by God through prayer, worship, and His word, so that we will be energized to tackle all that He has planned for us”.
Refresh Lip Balms – Two SPF 15 citrus lip balms were included which featured a tiny scripture quote along the bottom rim.
Refresh Tote Bag – This sturdy white & yellow tote bag features the quote “I will refresh the wear & satisfy the faint.”.
Hello Grace Refresh Print – An exclusive 5×7 print perfect for framing. It includes the same quote as featured on the tote bag.
I couldn’t find the rest of the items on either of the last 2 cards, so I’m guessing the following items are all from the upcoming September box(?).
DH Designs “Be Brave” Bracelet – A hand-stamped metal bracelet that features a reminder to always be brave.
Earrings – I couldn’t find any info on these earrings inside the box, so… yeah. They’re brown, tear-drop shaped stones wrapped with wire. And they… go on your ears. 😉
The Ruffled Sparrow Hair Tie – I tried to find a website for this, but it looks like it’s gone. I also went to their Facebook page and it hasn’t been updated since 2012. That said, this is still a cute hair tie with pretty metallic gold arrows.
Heart-Shaped Baking Cups – A set of two heart-shaped silicone baking cups. I’m not quite sure what I’ll do with just two, but they’re cute.
Though I didn’t get to review a single box in its entirety, this was still a nice introduction to what Filled Crate is all about. If you’d like a does of spiritual guidance and some little inspiring gifts each month, this is the way to go.Browse more Spiritual Boxes in my Subscription Box Directory
