Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $24/month (shipping included), or less with longer, multi-month commitments. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 30% on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
Let’s see what’s in the April 2019 Fit Snack box!
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via Priority Mail.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, short descriptions, and discount codes for each item.
Luke’s Organic Kettle Style Ketchup Chips
Subscribers received one of two different flavors of Luke’s chips this month — Wavy BBQ or Ketchup with Mustard & Pickle. I was a little sad that I didn’t get the BBQ version (my chip flavor of choice), but I’ll definitely give this more adventurous flavor a try. These “farmer made” potato chips are kettle cooked with avocado oil and are both gluten-free & vegan-friendly.
Plotz! Trail Blazer Honey Nutters
These 100% natural clusters are made with a blend of peanuts, honey, raisins, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. They contain no refined sugar and are free from wheat, dairy, and gluten. They’re also non-GMO and have just 140 calories per serving.
Shrewd Food Cookies & Cream Protein Crisps
Crunchy protein crisps made with real cocoa and cream. Each serving contains 13 grams of protein, 3 grams of sugar, 3 grams of carbs, and only 90 calories.
NOOMA Chocolate Mint Organic Electrolyte Drink
This organic, simple ingredient sports drink was crafted as a healthier alternative to typical sugar-filled sports drinks. NOOMA is certified keto, organic, non-GMO, paleo friendly, gluten free, and vegan. Each carton has just 30 calories and contains zero sugar.
Lesser Evil Grain Free “No Cheese” Cheesiness Paleo Puffs
These crunchy, grain-free puffs are made with organic ingredients including cassava, coconut flour, sweet potato, nutritional yeast, coconut oil, and Himalayan salt. They’re non-GMO verified, paleo-friendly, kosher, and vegan. Can’t wait to try them!
Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Supplement
These fruit-flavored drink packets contain a perfect balance of all 6 electrolytes, along with support minerals that work together to provide complete hydration so you can feel and perform your best. They’re both keto & paleo friendly, vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO.
NOTE: I was also supposed to receive a Truwomen Cookie Dough bar and Betsy’s Best Coconut Cashew Butter, but they were missing from my box. 🙁
When I opened my April Fit Snack box, it seemed a little lacking… Turns out it was missing the first two items listed on the info card. 🙁 I was really looking forward to trying the Truwomen bar, so it was a bit of a disappointment. Thankfully, there were enough other vegan-friendly items that it wasn’t a total let-down. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 30% on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
