Time to unbox & review the December 2023 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10”. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

Tropicaux Reign Pineapple Queen Dried Fruit
The bright yellow package above contains a 100% natural snack consisting of a single ingredient: Pineapple. To be more specific, pineapple grown in West Africa — a region known to be home to the world’s sweetest fruit (according to the label, anyway 😉 ). The resealable package contains roughly 2 servings of naturally sweet, non-GMO goodness!
Yummate Sweet Corn Chickpea Puffs
These wholesome puffs are made in Turkey using all natural plant-based ingredients including chickpea flour, lentil flour, pea protein, and natural seasonings. They’re non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, and have just 120 calories per serving. They also have 3 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and zero grams of added sugar.
Lesser Evil Himalayan Pink Salt Popcorn
Organic popcorn made with non-GMO corn, organic extra virgin coconut oil, and Himalayan pink salt. The whole bag has just 50 calories and is both gluten free & vegan-friendly.
Talia Hot Chili Dry Roasted Chickpea Snacks
These all natural chickpea snacks are made with non-GMO dry roasted chickpeas — prepared without the need for any oil. They’re flavored with a blend of sea salt & natural hot chili flavor and have 6 grams of dietary fiber and 7 grams of plant-based protein. They’re also vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and non-GMO.
Oloves Basil & Garlic Olives
I love green olives and these little pouches are great to have on hand for when I’m craving them and don’t have a jar of ’em in the house. The addition of basil and garlic makes them extra tasty.
Popadelics Rad Rosemary + Salt Crunchy Mushroom Chips
Popadelics are a unique snack made with dried shiitake mushrooms and flavorful spices including rosemary & garlic. They’re gluten-free, vegan friendly, and have a nice 6 grams of fiber per serving. A great snack for fans of mushrooms, which I am unfortunately not. 😉
The GFB Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate + Peanut Butter Bites
These little truffle-like bites are made with wholesome non-GMO ingredients including peanuts, brown rice protein, pea protein, brown rice, and more. Not only are they gluten-free, but soy-free and vegan-friendly as well.
Air Cheese Cheddar Crunchy Cheese Bites
Air Cheese bites are made of 100% natural cheese that’s been dehydrated and “puffed” through a special process — resulting in a light & crunchy cheese snack. They’re gluten-free, non-GMO, and contain no trans fats or artificial preservatives.
The Wine RayZyn Co. Chardonayzyn Dried Wine Grapes

My December 2023 Fit Snack box included a nice assortment of healthy corn puffs, dried fruit, granola bites, popcorn, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Tropicaux Reign Pineapple Queen Dried Fruit, Lesser Evil Popcorn, GFB Bites, and Oloves Green Olive Snack.
