Time to unbox & review the December 2024 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10”. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via UPS Ground.
A peek inside!
(Usually included is an info card listing all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, discounts, and brief descriptions of each item. However, it was missing from this month’s box.)
Chasin’ Dreams Farm Sriracha Crunchy Ancient Grain Puffs
Chasin’ Dreams Farm’s crunchy ancient grain puffs are made with 100% US-grown sorghum, avocado oil, spices, and other natural ingredients. They’re also corn-free, gluten free, non-GMO, and vegan-friendly. Each bag/serving has just 90 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, and 0 grams of sugar.
Foodberry Peach Mango & Peanut Butter Trailberries
These chewy, all natural fruit snacks feature a “mess free” outer shell/coating made with a blend of fruit purees, while the inner core is comprised of creamy peanut butter. They’re gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and have 4 grams of protein per serving.
Maxine’s Heavenly Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Oh, hello vegan cookies! 😉 These “homemade style”, super soft cookies are made with all natural ingredients including gluten-free oats, dates, peanuts, coconut oil, organic coconut sugar, and peanut flour. They’re non-GMO, gluten-free, and yes vegan-friendly.
Maxine’s Heavenly Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
With many of the same ingredients as the flavor above, Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin nixes the peanut butter & chocolate and swaps them out for raisins & cinnamon. They’re equally gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan. 🙂
Lenny & Larry’s Cookies & Creme Cookie-fied Bar
I’ve been a fan of Lenny & Larry’s vegan protein cookies for a few years now, so I’m excited to try their new-to-me cookie bar. “Cookies & Creme” is made with all natural ingredients including brown rice protein, pea protein, almonds, agave syrup, gluten free sugar pieces, and organic whole grain oats. One serving/bar contains 5 grams of fiber, 12 grams of protein, and just 6 grams of sugar.
Daily Crunch Turmeric & Sea Salt Sprouted Almonds
The Daily Crunch expertly sprouts and then dehydrates raw almonds at a low temperature, giving them a light, airy crunch that doesn’t require oil (common in roasted snacks). This process also makes their almonds more nutrient-dense and easier to digest! “Turmeric & Sea Salt” features a savory blend of sprouted almonds (obviously), nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, turmeric, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Daily Crunch Nashville Hot Sprouted Almonds
“Nashville Hot” is made with the same sprouted almonds as the flavor above, but with the addition of cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, and garlic granules for a bolder flavor experience.
My December 2024 Fit Snack box included a nice assortment of spicy snacks, protein bars, nuts, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Chasin’ Dreams Farm Sriracha Puffs, Foodberry Trailberries, Maxine’s Heavenly Cookies, Lenny & Larry’s Cookie-fied Bar, and Daily Crunch Sprouted Almonds. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
