January 2018 Fit Snack review time!
If you’re new to them, Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy (yet satisfying) items that have total retail value of at least $30. While most of the items fall into the “snack” category, they also send cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more.
Subscriptions are $24/month (shipping included), or less with longer, multi-month commitments. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save $3 on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
Let’s see what’s in the January 2018 Fit Snack box!

A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, short descriptions, and a few discount codes.
Fiber Gourmet Pizza Thinables
These fiber-infused crackers claim to have all of the flavor of a Cheez-It with none of the guilt. They’re made with all natural ingredients including wheat flour, shredded cheese, yeast, and various spices. Each serving of 30 crackers has only 60 calories, 11 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein.
Cauli Rice
I’ve been buying frozen cauliflower rice for a while now, but have yet to try this shelf stable version. This particular variety contains a blend of both cauliflower and broccoli for double the veggie goodness. It has 80% fewer calories than white rice and is ready to eat in just 2 1/2 minutes.
CrunchLina Spirulina Snack Clusters
This spirulina-packed snack consists of sunflower seeds, raisins, cashews, pecans, flaxseed, cinnamon, and of course — spirulina. It’s vegan, paleo-friendly, gluten-free, and loaded with nutrients including iron, beta-carotene, calcium, and protein. Enjoy it alone or as a topping for yogurt, salad, cereal, or even ice cream.
RX Bar in Chocolate Sea Salt
A real food protein bar made with 100% natural ingredients. It consists of dates, egg whites, cashews, almonds, cacao, cocoa, natural chocolate flavor, and sea salt. There’s no added sugar, soy, dairy, or gluten and each bar has an impressive 12 grams of protein.
Tickle Water Sparkling Water in Grape
This naturally flavored sparkling water was created just for kids. It’s lightly carbonated & is free of sugar, sodium, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.
Honey Bunchies Gourmet Honey Bar
A 100% natural snack bar made with just 8 simple ingredients: Honey (42% by weight), sunflower kernels, milk, butter, tapioca syrup, peanuts, pecans, and vanilla. It’s gluten-free, soy-free, and grain-free. A great snack to give you that extra boost of energy to get through the day.
Oats Over Night Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana
A convenient breakfast option that only requires you to add your milk of choice and refrigerate over night. In the morning, you’ll be ready to enjoy a hearty blend of whole grain oats, chia seeds, flax, maca powder, custom whey protein, and real dried fruit.
While I would have personally preferred more vegan-friendly items, this was still a pretty solid offering from Fit Snack. My favorite items this time were the Cauli Rice, Tickle Water, and Spirulina Clusters. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $3 on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
