Time to unbox & review the January 2025 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10”. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via UPS Ground.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, discounts, and brief descriptions of each item.
PeaKaPop BBQ Veggie Crisps
These crunchy popped (not fried!) crisps are made with all natural plant-based ingredients including lentil flakes, green garden peas, chickpea flakes, and sea salt. They’re gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and contain just 110 calories per single-serving bag. They also provide you with 6 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, and just 2 grams of sugar.
Goode Health Vanilla Spice Nutrition Shake (x 2)
As stated right on the packet, Goode Nutrition Shakes are “designed to fill your nutritional gaps”. They’re made with all natural wholesome ingredients featuring a protein blend derived from rice, pea, chia, and fava. Each single-serve sachet contains just 80 calories, 5 grams of fiber, 15 grams of protein, and zero grams of sugar. Plus, they’re vegan-friendly and gluten-free!
Foodberry Peach Mango & Peanut Butter Trailberries
These chewy, all natural fruit snacks feature a “mess free” outer shell/coating made with a blend of fruit purees, while the inner core is comprised of creamy peanut butter. They’re gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and have 4 grams of protein per serving. They’re pretty tasty, though they do have quite a bit of sugar (19 total grams per serving).
Foodberry Wild Berry & Peanut Butter Trailberries
More Trailberries, but in “Wild Berry” flavor. These are basically the same as the Peach Mango, but with berries in place of the other fruits. They remind me a lot more of the traditional peanut butter & jelly combo and it’s my favorite flavor of the two.
Yammy Dragon Fruit Chips
This healthy snack is comprised of just one single ingredient: freeze dried dragon fruit. Eat it alone for a crunchy treat, or add them to your favorite beverage for instant burst of tropical flavor. Each serving contains 140 calories, 4 grams of fiber, and 3 grams of protein.
Chimes Orange Ginger Chews
I LOVE ginger candies and was surprised to see these ones packaged in a tin, as opposed to their standard bag. I assumed that meant that they wouldn’t be individually wrapped, but they still are! 🙂 I love keeping these handy when I’m on the go — they’re great for motion sickness and they’re delicious!
My January 2025 Fit Snack box included a nice assortment of crunchy snacks, protein shakes, natural candies, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Goode Health Nutrition Shakes, Yammy Dragon Fruit Chips, and Chimes Ginger Chews. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box!
