Time to unbox & review the July 2023 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via UPS Ground.

Good Chips by Paramo Snacks Baked Organic Beet & Yacon Crisps
These 100% natural snack crisps are made with just two simple ingredients: Organic beets and organic yacon. They’re baked (not fried!) and contain no added oil or sugar. Each serving contains just 70 calories and zero fat!
Good Chips by Paramo Snacks Baked Sweet Plantain
Like the crisps above, these ones are also made with 100% natural ingredients… Actually, one single ingredient: Sweet plantains. It also contains no added oil or sugar, and contains just 80 calories per serving/bag.
Early Bird Farmhand’s Choice Granola
I was happy to find not one, but two packages of “extra fancy” Early Bird granola in this month’s box. — I can never have too much granola! 🙂 “Farmhand’s Choice” was Early Bird’s first creation and consists of a crunchy blend of gluten-free rolled oats, sunflower seeds, extra virgin olive oil, pure maple syrup, coconut chips, pecans, and more. Yum!
Early Bird Jubilee Granola
“Jubilee” is much like the variety above, but with the addition of dried sour cherries and crunchy pistachios. It looks to be vegan-friendly, as well as gluten-free. All Early Bird granolas are made right in Brooklyn, NY.
Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Supplement
These fruit-flavored drink packets contain a perfect balance of all 6 electrolytes, along with support minerals that work together to provide complete hydration so you can feel and perform your best. They’re both keto & paleo friendly, vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO. Thanks to Fit Snack, I’ve grown to love these mixes!
Amrita Mango Coconut Protein Bar
This high-protein snack bar is made with plant-based ingredients including dates, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, mango, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut, and more. Each serving contains 6 grams of fiber and an impressive 15 grams of protein! It’s also gluten-free, peanut-free, and vegan-friendly.
Nutrilicious Smokey BBQ Crunchy Pumpkin Seeds
A product of the UK, these crunchy pumpkin seeds are coated with a tangy barbecue seasoning for a savory snack. They’re both vegan-friendly & gluten free and each serving contains 12 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, and 2 grams of carbs.
Mola Foods Plantain Chips
I LOVE plantain chips and am always happy when they pop up in subscription boxes. 🙂 These crunchy, non-GMO chips are made with just 3 simple ingredients: plantains, coconut oil, and sea salt. They’re also gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Yum!
Fillo’s Walking Tamales Bean Salsa Roja Corn Bar
Enjoy tamales anytime with Fillo’s “Walking Tamales”! July’s box contained two different flavors. The first, Bean Salsa Roja was the spicier of the two and featured a blend that included corn flour, pinto beans, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garbanzo beans, and various spices. It can be enjoyed as is, or popped in the microwave for 25 seconds for a warmer snack.
Fillo’s Walking Tamales Bean Salsa Verde Corn Bar
The second flavor (Bean Salsa Verde) was less spicy and featured tomatillos, corn flour, mayocoba beans, garbanzo beans, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, and additional spices. Both flavors were made with non-GMO ingredients and appear to be vegan-friendly!
My July 2023 Fit Snack box included a nice selection of fruit/veggie chips, hearty granolas, protein bars, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Early Bird granolas, Mola Foods Plantain Chips, and Ultima Replenisher packs. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box!
