Time to unbox & review the November 2024 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10”. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

Nature Nate’s Better than Popcorn! Popped Sorghum
Sorghum is an ancient grain that’s actually the fifth most consumed food in the world. It’s a great (and healthy!) alternative for those who have digestive issues with corn and it’s one of the top 12 non-allergen foods. Nature Nate’s handcrafts their Popped Sorghum using the finest ingredients — organic sorghum, coconut oil, and Pink Himalayan sea salt — resulting in a delicious, healthy snack.
Foodberry Wild Berry & Peanut Butter Trailberries
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a product like this before — an all natural fruit snack with a peanut butter filling. Yum! Its “mess free” outer shell/coating is made with a blend of fruit purees, while the inner core is comprised of creamy peanut butter. It does contain quite a bit of sugar, so it’s not the healthiest snack… But at least it’s 100% natural. 😉
YES Bar in Salted Maple Pecan
Calling itself a “snack bar for foodies”, the YES bar above is loaded with deliciously satisfying ingredients including almonds, cashews, maple syrup, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut butter, pecans, and more. It’s grain-free, vegan-friendly, and contains 5 grams of plant protein per serving.
YES Bar in Apple Cinnamon Crisp
With many of the same ingredients as the variety above, the “Apple Cinnamon Crisp” YES bar provides similar nutrition with a flavor that can be compared to apple pie. Mmm!
Smackin’ Dill Pickle Flavored Sunflower Seeds
These jumbo sunflower seeds are coated in a tangy layer of dill pickle flavored spices/seasonings for a bolder take on traditional packaged sunflower seeds. They’re made in the USA using real, all natural ingredients. The resealable, easy pour package contains 3.5 servings.
Bob Snail Apple-Black Currant Stripe Fruit Snack
Our pet snail of 3 1/2 years (Snaily) recently passed away, so anything having to do with snails really hits me in the feels. Yes, even cartoon snails on fruit snacks. 😉 The snack above is made with 100% fruit — 80% apple and 20% black currant to be exact — with no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors. Snaily would have approved. 🙂

Like the bar above, this one also contains 80mg of caffeine and similar ingredients. It just doesn’t have the cocoa powder and has peanuts in its place. 🙂
My November 2024 Fit Snack box included a nice assortment of savory snacks, energy bars, nuts, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Foodberry Trailberries, YES Bars, Bob Snail Fruit Snack, Karmalize.Me Cashews, and Verb Energy Bars.
