Let’s see what’s in the November 2017 Glitter Crunch Box!
Everything was shipped in a red box with the Glitter Crunch Box logo on top.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the items included in November’s Glitter Crunch Box, as well as a recipe for gingerbread. — This is Box #2, “The Great Gingerbread Bake Off”!
Joy to the World Exclusive “Bavarian Gingerbread House” Ornament
November’s exclusive ornament was a sweet little Bavarian gingerbread house! As with all Joy to the World pieces, it was crafted by Polish artisans using a process that takes 7 days to complete. The hand-painted details on the dark colored house really “pop” and the fact that the bottom of the house isn’t 100% flat just adds to its hand-crafted charm. 🙂
Joy to the World Collectibles Gingerbread Snowman Ornament
Subscribers received not one, but TWO ornaments this month! The second piece was from their Glitterazzi collection — a Gingerbread Santa Claus or a Gingerbread Snowman. I (obviously) received the snowman version and I couldn’t be happier. This festive lil’ guy is totally embracing the holiday spirit with his shimmering, candy-covered ensemble. I absolutely love how bright and whimsical he is and I’m more than happy to add him to my holiday decor.
Too Good Gourmet Dark Chocolate Cocoa Mix with Marshmallows
This clever little paper gingerbread house holds one serving of dark hot chocolate inside its walls, while its “chimney” is full of mini marshmallows. Too cute! I’m still undecided whether I want to let my husband have it, or put it aside for a teacher’s gift. 😉
Festival Holiday Sprinkle Mix
Every time I see one of these sprinkle mega-packs in the store, I make myself resist the temptation to buy it. Needless to say, I was a wee bit excited to see this 6-celled beauty included in my November Glitter Crunch box. 😉 The festive holiday mix includes 3 solid color sprinkles (red, green, and white) and 3 different sprinkle “blends”. Incredibly over-decorated sugar cookies will be in the works very soon. 😀
The last two items were wrapped together in cellophane and tied with a silver ribbon.
Wilton Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter
A sturdy metal gingerbread man cookie cutter that’s built to last. He measures 3 inches tall and is eager to help you create endless amounts of sprinkle-worthy gingerbread men.
Hammond’s Candies Old Fashioned Gingerbread Candy Cane
The final item was a handmade gingerbread flavored candy cane from Hammond’s Candies. I can’t say that I’ve ever had (or seen) this particular flavor of cane, but I’ll certainly give it a try!
I was incredibly impressed with the first month of Glitter Crunch Box, and was equally (if not more) impressed by this one. They did such a great job sticking with the gingerbread theme and the inclusion of not one, but two beautifully handcrafted ornaments was a nice surprise. 😀 — Remember, for a limited time, you can save 10% on your first box (of a month-to-month plan) with coupon code “ROSEBUDS10“!
