This is my first month of Goodies. What the hell IS Goodies, you say? Well friend, lemme edu-micate you… Goodies is a subscription box full of generously sized (big ass, if you will) snack products that are sent right to your door every month. The best part? It’s only $7 freakin’ dollars! Oh, and shipping is included. Definitely one of the cheapest box subs I’ve come across. The not so awesome part (well, for me)? Many of the products aren’t vegan-friendly. BUT some of them are. You just never know what you’ll get. For $7 a month, it’s worth the gamble.
Sadly, only 2 of the products this month are vegan. The non-vegan stuff will be going to Mike or my dad. (You’re welcome.) I’ll show you all of the products, but I’m not going to go into much detail about the items I can’t/won’t eat. I’m not gonna sing the praises of something I’m not down with. Make sense? Good, good.
I’ll do the vegan things first…
Smooch Fruit Pouch – This looks pretty yummy. I’ve gotten something similar in a past Conscious Box and it was good. Kinda weird eating something from a pouch… Mostly because I associate it with baby food, but I’m cool with it. This is 100% natural and fortified with chia seed and acerola. I’m familiar with chia seed, but I totally had to Google that last thing — It’s a cherry-like fruit that’s super high in vitamin C. Look at that, we learned something today!
Dream Water 0-Calorie Sleep & Relaxation Shot – I also got this in a previous Conscious Box. Normally I wouldn’t be down with supplement-y type stuff, but I did give this one a try. It’s all-natural and drug free (and vegan!). I took it in the middle of the night and was asleep within 10 minutes or so. I still have one more left from my Conscious Box, but I was more than happy to see this in the Goodies box this month. With twins, I need all the Z’s I can get.
Onto the non-vegan stuff… Again, I’ll list the descriptions and whatnot, but no real “reviews”.
Lay’s Stax Que Rico – Adobadas Chips (5.5 oz)
Pringles Stix – Cheese Flavor (2.86 oz)
Gimme Roasted Seaweed Snacks – Cheddar Cheese Crumbles (.70 oz)
Duchy Originals Highland Shortbread Cookies (.88 oz)
So that’s my June Goodies Box. Not the best box for a vegan, but a pretty good value otherwise.
Disclosure: I purchased this box on my own. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post contains affiliate links.

Just got my Goodies box today and was pretty happy with it. It stinks you can’t eat a lot of what was in it ! The smooch pouch looks good, I was thinking about letting my daughter (11 months) try it with me. It looks like there aren’t any bad ingredients.

Yeah, it’s definitely a good deal if you’re not vegan. I’m probably still going to keep my subscription for a while and see what else I get. For $7, you really can’t go wrong. My dad was more than happy to take the stuff I didn’t want. 😉
