Everything was shipped in a small red box with the Love With Food logo printed in white.
A peek inside!
Love With Food used to include a detailed info booklet, but last year they switched to a general card with a link to learn more about that month’s items on their site.
Appleways Granola
These crispy granola bites are made with all natural ingredients including whole oats, whole grain wheat flour, molasses, applesauce, and spices. They contain no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives and are processed in a nut-free facility.
Snyder’s of Hanover Mini Pretzels
Pretzels are one of the few snacks that everyone in our family enjoys. This little bag of “mini” pretzels was promptly devoured by one of my kiddos — but not before I snuck a couple for myself. 😉
Byrd’s Georgia Peach Cookies
These bite-sized peach flavored cookies are made in small batches in Savannah, Georgia. They contain no artificial ingredients and have just 130 calories per 9-cookie serving.
Poppie’s Coconut Macaroon
A product of Belgium, these coconut macaroons are gluten-free and made with non-GMO ingredients. I was hoping they’d be vegan-friendly, but they do contain egg whites. Ah well.
Epic Peanut Butter Performance Bar
A whole food protein bar made with just five ingredients: Dates, peanuts, egg whites, peanut oil, and sea salt. It’s gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO, and contains no added sugar. Each bar has a nice 12 grams of fiber and 3 grams of fiber.
Old Wisconsin Natural Cut Turkey Snack Stick
So many non-vegan snacks this month… This gluten-free turkey stick is made with minimally processed ingredients including turkey, sea salt, mustard, spices, cultured celery powder, and cherry powder.
Kameda Crisps Sweet Chili Savory Rice Snack
This crunchy snack mix features a savory combination of peanuts, rice crackers, and flavorful spices. It’s gluten-free and contains zero trans fats.
As a vegan, I wasn’t all that thrilled about September’s Love With Food Tasting Box. Of course, they never claimed to be vegan-friendly, so that’s just my personal take on it. We did enjoy the pretzels and I’m sure my other family members will gladly sample the rest. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save 40% on your first Deluxe Box – OR – save 25% on your first Gluten Free Box!
