MunchPak is a monthly subscription box that features new and popular snacks from around the world.
You can expect to receive goodies from Japan, Germany, Brazil, Israel, Finland, Canada, Australia, Sweden, and more. They also throw a few US-based treats in there as well. Every box is different, so you’ll always be surprised. You can also customize and/or add drinks to your box for an additional charge.
MunchPak has 3 different size options to choose from: MunchPak Mini (5-6 items starting at $9.95), the Original MunchPak (10+ items starting at $19.95 monthly), and the FamilyPak (20+ items starting at $39.95 monthly). They ship worldwide and accept credit cards, Paypal, and even Bitcoin! (You can save $3 on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUDS“!)
Let’s see what’s in my December 2015 MunchPak!
As always, the box was shipped via 2-day priority mail and featured a cute airplane/box full of snacks on the lid.
A peek inside!
MunchPak doesn’t include a standard info card with their boxes, but they do let you know who was responsible for packing it. “Tom” packed mine. Thanks Tom!
Crispin – A chocolate bar from Guatemala that consists of layers of cookies and chocolate. I’m not quite sure why there’s a skunk on the package, but the bar sounds good. 😉
7 Days Herb Bake Rolls – I think I’ve gotten something from 7 Days in every one of my boxes so far. (Different flavors though!) These are crunchy, bagel-shaped crackers from Greece that have a savory herb flavor.
Star-Shaped… Things – Nope. No idea what these are. They remind me of cat food, but I’m guessing they’re some kind of chocolate cookie/snack?
Glico Caplico Mini – Ice cream cone candy! A wafer cookie “cone” with vanilla flavored “ice cream” inside.
Galetta Margarita Cookie – A single shortbread cookie with a chewy fruit-filling throughout.
Vidal Gummi Swirly Fish – Brightly colored gummy fish candies from Spain. The white swirls are a neat touch… I bet a lot of kids think the orange ones are “Nemo”.
Tayto Cheese & Onion Crisps – These claim to be the “original Irish crisp” and are a unique flavor combination of cheese & onion. I like the very distinguished looking potato man on the package. 😉
Meiji Hello Panda – These are cute little chocolate cookies — biscuits — with a chocolate cream center. They have fun panda images on each piece.
Frito Lay Crujitos Corn Twists – At a quick glance, I thought these were cinnamon twists… Nope. They’re cheese & chili flavored corn twists from Mexico.
Vital Nougat – A sweet nougat bar from Belgium made with real fruit.
Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles – Who doesn’t love Lindt chocolate? I’ve had these truffles before I was vegan and they’re amazing. I buy Lindt bars for my mom every Christmas, so I’ll throw these truffles in too.
As always, MunchPak delivered a nice box of treats from around the world. I’m kinda over seeing 7 Days products in every box, but other than that, I was impressed. 😉
Don’t forget — If you’d like to sign up for MunchPak, you can save $3 on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUDS“!
