Let’s see what’s in the December 2015 Sugarless Sensations box!
The box was shipped via 2-day priority mail and was literally bursting at the seams!
Pasted to the inside lid was a card that revealed the theme for December — Holiday Traditions!
A peek inside. The box featured quite a few breakable items which were all securely wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
A large full-color info card listed all of the items in the box, along with photos of each one.
The reverse side featured two recipes that utilized some of the items included in the box.
Walden Farms Caramel Dip – A healthy alternative to traditional caramel dip, this one is free of sugar, fat, and even calories. It’s made with natural caramel flavor and is a great topping for apples, ice cream, chocolate, and more.
Sweetly Nuts Cinnamon Vanilla Roasted Almonds – These sweet roasted almonds are made with stevia instead of actual sugar. They’re also sprinkled with cinnamon and real vanilla flavoring for a satisfyingly sweet treat.
Chocoperfection Bars – Two different flavored sugar-free chocolate bars were included: Dark European Chocolate and Raspberry Dark Chocolate. Both bars are naturally sugar free, gluten-free, and sweetened with natural plant fiber. I really wanted to try these, but they contain butter oil. 🙁 I’ll pass them along to my chocolate-lovin’ mom.
Carbolicious Melba Toast – Each serving of this melba toast has 0 sugars, starch, and trans fat. It’s high in fiber, a great source of protein, and has just 1 net carb per every 4 slices.
Shelton’s Turkey Stick – An all natural, gluten-free turkey stick made with antibiotic free turkey meat.
LC Hot Cocoa – This gluten-free hot cocoa mix is made with all natural ingredients including milk protein isolates, whey protein isolates, unsweetened cocoa, chicory root fiber, and organic stevia. It’s free of artificial sweeteners and has just 1 gram of net carbs per serving.
Walden Farms Cranberry Sauce & Fruit Spread – As with the caramel dip, this cranberry sauce is calorie free, sugar free, and fat free. Gluten-free too! It’s made from natural cranberry fruit extract for a fresh cranberry flavor.
Russell Stover Sugar Free Marshmallow Santa – I’m guessing this is just a nice holiday “bonus item”, as it wasn’t included on the info card. 🙂
It’s pretty clear that Sugarless Sensations is an ideal subscription box for anyone trying to avoid sugar and carbs. They included a nice mix of sweet treats, pantry staples, and satisfying snacks. While I didn’t do a cost breakdown, I’d say it’s safe to assume that the value is definitely there. Just from researching the items on Amazon, I can confirm that sugarless/low-carb foods are NOT cheap. This box makes it simple to try out new items without spending a ton of money — or leaving the house. 😉
Remember — for a limited time, you can save 15% on your first month with coupon code “15DELIGHT“.
