Let’s see what’s in my March 2016 MunchPak!
The box — complete with a posse of smiling snacks!
A peek inside.
MunchPak doesn’t include a standard info card with their boxes, but they do let you know who was responsible for packing it. This one was packed by Ali.
Glico Pocky Midi in Strawberry Latte Flavor – My girls LOVE Pocky and it’s always fun to see all the different flavor options out there. These “Midi” ones are shorter & thicker than regular Pocky and are said to be even sweeter.
Kurleez Mirch Masala Crinkle Crisps – Hailing from Pakistan, these potato crisps feature a unique flavor that’s both tangy & spicy.
Sormovskoe Cookies Hazelnut Flavor – Crunchy Russian shortbread-like cookies featuring the distinctive flavor of hazelnut. These sound delicious and I really wish they were vegan-friendly!
Doritos Queso 3D’s Chips – These look like a cross between Bugles and original Doritos. They hail from Mexico and feature a nacho cheese-y flavor. I decided to keep the little advertisement on the bag for the photo cos that cowboy dude looks like a cool guy. 😉
Kabaya Rilakkuma Pretzels – Leave it to a Japanese snack to feature a cartoon bear with the phrase “Be honest with your feelings”. 😉 Why can’t American treats be so cute?
Alionka Tender Cream Cake – And then there’s Russia, who went the “creepy baby” route on their packaging. Ha. Okay, it’s a cute baby… Just a little odd to feature it on a snack cake wrapper.
Bella Chocolate Cookie Bites – A product of Turkey, these are little cookie ball bites coated in rich gourmet milk chocolate. Kinda like a crispy M&M without the hard candy coating.
Au-Some Monopoly 3-Dees Gummies – Gummy candies that feature the shapes of popular Monopoly pieces — houses, hats, dogs, and cars — in various fruit flavors.
CandyLand Miles of Mallow – A long, marshmallow-based braid of candy all the way from Pakistan.
Big Thunder – Crispy chocolate cookies covered in rich milk chocolate coating. (I guess not all Japanese snacks are “cute”!)
What do the stars mean?
