Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home.
Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
Let’s see what’s in my August 2021 Nadine West package!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 3 tops, 2 bottoms (pants/leggings), and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Abbey Dress in Titanium
After not receiving any dresses in last month’s shipment, I was excited to find not one but TWO in this one. (Yay!) The first was a light blue, almost grayish loose-fitting A-line piece with criss-cross details at the chest/collar. While the fit is loose & comfy, it still shows my shape and looks flattering. Plus — as with many Nadine West dresses, it has pockets. 🙂
Junice Leggings in Black
98.9% of my cool/cold weather wardrobe involves a pair of black leggings, so this pair will get a LOT of use. 😉 They’re incredibly soft & cozy and feature a fleece lining for extra warmth during those colder months. They also have an “angled back waistband for sculpting power”, a fitted design for ample coverage & support, and comfortable smooth/flat seams. I LOVE ’em!
Neve Dress in Wine
The second dress was a pretty wine/burgundy colored A-line with a wide crew-style collar. The fit was exactly like the first dress — loose & comfy, yet still figure-flattering. I can see myself wearing this a lot in the colder months, with leggings and a cardigan. And yes, it too has pockets. 🙂
Tillie Top in Blue
The top above was my least favorite piece this month. The fit was totally fine, but it’s just not my style at all. It was actually very similar to another top that I received a couple shipments ago (but in yellow and with shorter sleeves), which I passed on to my mom. Needless to say, she’ll be getting this one as well. 😉
Gwen Top in Floral
I’m not 100% sure what this is considered — top? cardigan? — but it totally reminds me of a swimsuit coverup. It’s constructed of a very lightweight/see-through material printed with a pink and white floral design. While I don’t really gravitate towards florals, I may keep this around for the rare times I find myself in a swimsuit.
Rings of Love Necklace in Rhodium
I think this is one of my all-time favorite jewelry pieces I’ve gotten from Nadine West thus far. The necklace features an open circle pendant outlined in shimmering crystals strung on a shorter than usual (16 inch?) silver chain. My slightly blurry photos don’t quite do it justice, as it’s much sparklier in person. 😉
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
Aside from one or two misses, the majority of my August 2021 Nadine West selections were definite keepers. My personal favorites were the Junice Leggings, Neve Dress, Abbey Dress, and Rings of Love Necklace. As always, the items that I didn’t care for could be sent right back with no cost to me. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
