I recently received their “pre-launch” box to review, and was very impressed, to say the least. Beautiful packaging, natural ingredients, awesome scents… Sound good? Read on!
The first look was impressive: Large sized box, fancy tissue paper, sticker seal… Off to a good start.
Second look: Everything was tucked into this custom canvas tote bag! Neat.
Asia Herb Association “Plai” Herbal Hot Ball – This packaging is so pretty! I love the little leaf/jingle bells attached to the twine. (So much so, that I’ve yet to remove them to open the box!) Inside the woven basket is a “hot ball” — a breathable fabric ball stuffed with rice and 100% natural herbs. You just throw it in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds and roll it over your sore muscles to relieve tension. The ball can be reused 15-20 times. (Oh, and it smells amazing.)
Harnn Cymbopogon Body Wash & Body Souffle – This is a body wash and souffle (fancy lotion) set made with all natural ingredients. I had no idea what “cymbopogon” was, so I Googled it and lo and behold, it’s actually lemongrass. Huh. Who knew? That might explain why one of the first ingredients listed is lemongrass oil. Ah yes, it’s all starting to make sense now. Anywhoooo… This has a nice, light (lemongrassy) scent, and since it’s 100% natural, I’m totally looking forward to trying it.
Breathe Mini Dew Drop Diffuser – As with the other items, this smells SO nice. The glass bottle holds fragrance oil that seeps into the handmade flower when you insert the string that’s attached to it. Not only will the flower absorb and give off the fragrance, it will also change color over time. Neat!
Serevana Jasmine Natural Soap – Jasmine-scented bar soap made with all natural ingredients. This is a product of Thailand and I totally appreciate the fact that they included directions: “Apply to wet skin, then rinse off thoroughly”. You know, for those who aren’t familiar with bar soap. 😉
Siam Botanicals Organic Facial Kit – This is a 100% natural replenishing 4-step facial kit. It includes a rosehip & tea tree cleanser, organic coconut sugar & honey face polish, rosewater toner mist, and replenishing face serum. There’s an instruction card that tells you exactly how to use each product. They even include a small towel to soak and place over your face during the treatment. So spa-like!
Sparaj definitely knows what’s up when it comes to choosing high-quality, natural products. I love that so many of them were made with 100% natural ingredients. I couldn’t find prices for all of the items, but the couple that I DID find prices for pretty much covered the cost of the whole box ($40). So you totally get your money’s worth and then-some.
