Let’s see what’s in the April 2018 Peaches & Petals box!
As always, everything was shipped in a plain brown box with a Peaches & Petals sticker on top.
A peek inside! — There wasn’t an info card enclosed this month, so I’ll just jump right to the items.
Boston International Slate Cheese Board with Starfish Spreader ($15.99, Amazon)
This 7″ x 7.5″ dark slate cheese board would make a great gift for someone who enjoys sea/ocean-inspired decor. It’s embellished with two silver starfish on one side and comes with a small spreader that has a matching starfish handle. It’s not something that would fit into my own style/decor, but it’s a cute item nonetheless.
Occasionally Made Mason Jar Lid Coaster Set ($22.99, Amazon)
Another ocean/nautical-inspired item, this coaster set consists of four galvanized mason jar lids. Each lid is affixed with a lobster themed, naturally absorbent cork insert. Again, not exactly my style but I know there’s definitely a market for these kinds of items.
Big Tree Farms Organic Golden Coconut Sugar ($7.19, Amazon)
You never know what you’re going to find in a Peaches & Petals box… 😉 This is a 1-pound bag of certified organic, fair trade golden coconut sugar. It can be used as a 1:1 replacement for regular cane sugar and is vegan, gluten-free, low glycemic, and non-GMO.
Petal Fresh Botanicals Aloe Vera Facial Wipes (~$3.50, Amazon)
These pre-moistened facial wipes are infused with aloe vera to soothe irritated skin, along with Vitamins C & E to condition. They safely wipe away impurities while moisturizing and are safe for all skin types. They’re also paraben-free.
Body Luxuries Spa Bath Pillow ($9.99, Amazon)
An inflatable bath pillow that attaches to any tub for added comfort while you bathe. Four large suction cups hold it in place, while its anti-microbial material resists mold & mildew. I personally can’t see myself using such a thing, but my mom has been known to use them so I’ll pass this along to her.
Another very eclectic mix of items from Peaches & Petals! 😉 Most of the items weren’t exactly my style, but I did like the inclusion of organic coconut sugar. The retail value (using Amazon prices) was just under $60. Nice! 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to sign up you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “PEACH10%”.
