As always, the info card included photos, descriptions, and retail values for each item. The December 2016 POPSUGAR Must Have box was inspired by the following themes: Festive, Snowy, White, Minimalist, Giving, and Celebrations.
Odeme Catchall + Ring Dish ($67) – I would never personally think to purchase something like this, but I’m more than happy to receive it in a subscription box! This minimalistic style catchall and ring dish set is made of luxurious porcelain with sleek black edging. It can be used for jewelry, makeup, or even for storing drink accessories on your bar cart. (Good to know: These pieces are NOT food safe.)
Winky Lux Lip Pill in Bunny ($14) – I can’t really pull off bold lips, but I do like the cute packaging goin’ on here. 😉 I also like that fact that the formula is cruelty-free.
Baublebar Snowfall Pendant ($28) – While I’m not really in love with the actual design of this necklace, I do appreciate the fact that they included a non-gold piece for once. 🙂 The pendant is a POPSUGAR exclusive “snowfall” design featuring a silver geometric design with a pure white accent (the “snowfall” part?).
Sisters’ Gourmet Baker’s Dozen Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix ($6.99) – I was excited to see that this chocolate chip cookie mix was surprisingly vegan-friendly! Just mix with eggs (I’ll use a substitute) and butter & bake for a quick treat. The jar makes approximately 13 cookies.
Mane Message Date Night Bobby Pins ($10) – These sparkly hair pins are perfect for the holidays. My girls have black, gold, and red Christmas dresses this year, so the gold and black ones will be great to help hold their bangs out of their faces. 🙂
Dessange Professional Hair Luxury Color Restore Color Protecting Top Coat Serum ($11.99) – I don’t really use any hair products aside from shampoo & conditioner, so this is a miss for me. It’s a leave-in treatment for color treated hair that’s supposed to deliver long-lasting shine all day.
Even though there were a couple products I won’t personally use, I was still happy with December’s POPSUGAR Must Have box. My favorite items this time were the catchall & ring set, cookie mix, silver necklace, and hair pins. All totaled, December’s retail value was an impressive $138!
