Sips By is a subscription box that sends you a personalized selection of teas on a monthly basis.
Each box will contain 4 premium teas — enough to make 15 cups — that are specifically chosen for YOU based on your Sips By profile. Upon signing up, you’ll be asked a series of questions to determine which types of tea you’d most enjoy. You can specify your preferences when it comes to the benefits you look for in a tea (stress relief, weight loss, sleep aid, taste, energy, etc), preferred flavors (unflavored, citrus, berry, mint, floral, earthy, sweet, etc.), and more. You’ll also be able to rate your teas on their site to help them curate more matches for you in the future.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $15/month with free shipping within the US. — For a limited time, you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “2ROSEBUDS“!

A peek inside!
A personalized info card listed all of the teas included in my April Sips By box, along with brief descriptions, steeping times, and coupon codes.
Snarky Tea “Give it a Rest” Recover Tea
Apparently this brand was featured on “Shark Tank” — no idea if they struck a deal with any of the sharks though! Designed to aid in immunity defense, this low-caffeine tea features a blend of green tea, white tea, ginger root, turmeric, echinacea, anise, and cinnamon chips. An ideal tea to sip when you’re feeling a little under the weather.
Harney & Sons Blood Orange Herbal Tea
I love fruity teas — especially those that include citrus — so I’m looking forward to trying this fruity herbal tea from Harney & Sons. It can be enjoyed hot or iced and contains a flavorful blend of apple pieces, orange peel, rose hips, hibiscus, beet root, safflower petals, marigold petals, orange flavor, raspberry flavor, and grapefruit flavor.
Organic India Tulsi Sweet Rose
This certified organic tea features tulsi (aka “Holy Basil), a plant that’s regarded as sacred in India for its restorative and spiritual properties. The caffeine-free blend also includes chamomile, organic rose, organic lemon myrtle, and organic stevia leaf for a hint of sweetness.
Nepal Tea Kanchanjangha Verde
Kanchanjangha Verde is Napal Tea’s premium green tea that undergoes minimal oxidation in tea processing. This helps in retaining the plant’s natural appearance and color, along with preserving the healthy properties of the plant. The tea is roasted, which preserves its mellow flavors and subtle taste. It has floral aromas and grassy taste notes.
Sips By Tea Bags
If your box contains loose leaf tea you’ll also receive a reusable muslin cloth tea bag, along with a handful of disposable bags. If you’re lazy like me and don’t like cleaning out traditional tea balls/strainers, these are an awesome alternative.
My April Sips By box featured a nice sampling of both herbal and green teas. My personal favorites were the Snarky Tea Recover and Harney & Sons Blood Orange. — Remember, for a limited time you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “2ROSEBUDS“!
