Let’s see what’s in the November 2017 Sleek Treat box!
Everything was shipped in a small box with the Sleek Treat logo stamped on top.
A peek inside! — Lovin’ the felt pumpkin sticker. <3
As always, a 2-sided info card listed all of the items inside this month’s box, along with photos and brief descriptions for each one.
Coco Polo Dark Chocolate Quinoa Bar
A 70% dark chocolate bar blended with crispy popped quinoa for added texture and crunch. It’s made with fair trade cocoa and is sweetened with Reb A (an extract of stevia). It’s also vegan, gluten-free, and a nice source of fiber (8 grams per serving).
Oh Yeah! One Protein Bar in Pumpkin Pie Flavor
A certified gluten-free pumpkin pie flavored protein bar with just 1 gram of sugar and an impressive 21 grams of protein per serving. It’s also high in fiber and made with non-GMO ingredients.
Sencha Naturals Green Tea Mints in Cherry Blossom
These cute little leaf-shaped mints are made with organic matcha green tea, cherry blossom extract, peppermint oil, and other all natural ingredients. They’re non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. I’ve had them once before and even my kids like ’em. 🙂
Macalat Organic Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bar
This superfood-rich chocolate bar is made with organic ingredients including Peruvian cacao, lucuma, maca, monk fruit flavor, Andes pink salt, vanilla bean, and even mushroom extract. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. To be totally honest, I’m a little nervous about trying this one… I’m not a big fan of monk fruit sweetener and the inclusion of mushroom extract isn’t exactly helping the situation. 😉
Choc Zero Milk Chocolate Dipping Cup
Dip, pour, or mix this milk chocolate with your favorite treat for an extra-decadent dessert. It’s made with all natural ingredients, is sugar free, and has just 1 gram of carbs per serving. To enjoy, simply pop in the microwave for 10 seconds, then drizzle away!
Dr. John’s Candies Thrive Lollipops
These sugar-free lollipops are naturally flavored and have just 14 calories a piece. Most surprising is that each pop packs 5 grams of fiber! You don’t see that in many (any?) conventional lollipops. 🙂
Swerve Sugar Alternative
The final item was a natural sugar alternative that claims not to have the bitter aftertaste that stevia and monk fruit have. It also came with a coupon for a full sized package.
November’s Sleek Treat box featured a good assortment of candies, mints, chocolates, and more. My favorite items this month were the dark chocolate quinoa bar, green tea mints, and high fiber lollipops. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $10 on your first box with coupon code “T1D10“!
