Let’s see what’s in the April 2017 SnackSack!
The box!
A peek inside.
The information card listed everything inside, along with helpful symbols next to each one indicating whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, and/or non-GMO. They also included the retail values as well.
Wise Cinnabon Popcorn ($2)
Cinnamon roll flavored popcorn with only 80 calories per bag. They’re air-popped, gluten-free and have just 2 grams of sugar per serving.
Pamela’s Oat Up Bars ($3.50)
These snack bars are gluten-free, non-GMO, and made with certified organic ingredients. Two flavors were included — “2 Chocolates + Almonds” and “Cinnamon Oatmeal”, with the latter also being vegan-friendly.
Vintage Italia Meatball Parm Pasta Bow-Ties ($2.50)
To my surprise, these “meatball parm” flavored pasta snacks are actually vegan! They’re made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients and have just 120 calories per serving.
Pure Growth Organic White Cheddar Popcorn ($1.25)
100% natural, organic popcorn flavored with real cheddar cheese. It’s gluten-free, nut-free, and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or MSG.
Belgian Boys Mini Cookie Stash Cookie Butter Cookies ($1.30)
These authentic Belgian cookies are made without any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. They’re shaped like little mustaches and taste like cookie butter!
Tasty Brand Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich Cookies ($1.50)
I’m so excited to try these strawberry shortcake flavored vegan sandwich cookies! They’re made with organic ingredients and are non-GMO verified, Kosher certified, and (obviously) vegan-friendly. They also contain no trans-fat, high fructose corn syrup, or anything artificial.
Watusee Foods Chickpeatos in Rosemary
An organic chickpea snack made with roasted chickpeas flavored with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and salt. I don’t normally enjoy chickpea snacks, but I LOVE rosemary so I’ll give these ones a try.
Pretzel Perfection Garlic Herb Twice-Baked Pretzel Sticks ($2.25)
These twice-baked pretzel sticks are seasoned with garlic and a savory blend of herbs & spices. They’re gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and have just 110 calories per serving.
Cosmos Creations Premium Puffed Corn ($2.50)
A premium puffed corn snack made with non-GMO corn and all natural ingredients. It’s gluten-free and contains no trans fats or high fructose corn syrup. Two different flavors were included — Coconut Crunch and Salted Caramel.
Wonderwell Peach Water ($1.30)
I don’t normally care for flavored water, but this was actually pretty good! It consists of only purified water and organic peach flavor. — No sugar or artificial flavorings of any kind.
April’s SnackSack featured a good variety of items for just about every craving. My favorite items this time were the Tasty Brand cookies, peach water, pretzels, and vegan oat bar. 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to try out SnackSack for yourself, you can save 10% on your first box with my exclusive coupon code “ROSE10″!
