November 2017 SnackSack review time!
If you haven’t heard, SnackSack is a subscription box that focuses on delivering natural, “junk-free” snacks to your door every month. Every box will contain a mixture of all natural, vegan, organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and fair trade products. They also have an all-vegan box option, as well as one that’s entirely gluten-free.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $22/month for the Classic box, or $24/month for the Vegan and Gluten Free options. All boxes ship free within the US ($9.99 to Canada) & discounts are available for multi-month plans. — For a limited time, you can save 15% for LIFE with coupon code “ROSE15″!
Let’s see what’s in the November 2017 Vegan SnackSack!
Everything was shipped in their signature white and green box with the “sack” logo on top.
A peek inside!
A full-color info sheet listed everything inside, along with helpful symbols next to each one indicating whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, and/or non-GMO. It also included ways to earn free snacks, a coupon code, and more.
SnackSack has retired their original burlap sack and now sends a handy, more attractive reusable tote to subscribers instead. (You’ll receive it in your first box and can refill it with new SnackSack snacks each month after.)
Vegan Rob’s Cauliflower Puffs
Every single product I’ve tried from Vegan Rob’s has been awesome, and these cauliflower puffs were no exception. They were mega crunchy, super flavorful, and you’d never guess they were made with cauliflower. SO good!
Nothing But the Fruit Real Fruit Bites in Raspberry Chia
These tiny squares are made with 100% fruit and are free from artificial flavors, preservatives, or refined sugar. They’ve been in a TON of subscription boxes lately, but I like ’em, so whatever. 😉
Laughing Giraffe Organics Salted Caramel Snakaroon
A 100% organic salted caramel flavored coconut treat that’s both gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Yum!
I Heart Keenwah Peanut Butter Cacao Quinoa Clusters
A complete source of protein, these crunchy clusters are made with organic quinoa, peanuts, organic dark chocolate, organic cacao nibs, and other all natural ingredients. They’re non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, and have just 130 calories per serving.
GAEA Pitted Olives
My kids won’t eat typical kid foods like mashed potatoes or spaghetti, but they LOVE black olives. So weird. That said, they’ll be more than happy to enjoy the liquid-free, pitted black olives above. The green ones are all mine. 😉
Lundberg Grounded Pink Himalayan Salt Tortilla Chips
These whole grain tortilla chips are made with red rice and quinoa, giving them an extra satisfying crunch. They seemed a bit thicker than the average chip and I was sad when the bag was empty. Wah.
Wat-U-See Popped Chickpeatos
I’ve had these chickpea-based snack puffs once before and they’re quite good. They’re made with a blend of green peas, rice, chickpeas, rice milk, sunflower oil, and a handful of flavorful spices. One serving has 3 grams of fiber, 3 grams of protein, and only 100 calories. These are also gluten-free and vegan friendly.
The GFB Cranberry Toasted Almond Gluten Free Bar
I’ve had these bars before and for some reason this one seemed a little different. I didn’t remember them being so chewy and protein bar-ish. That said, it still had a decent flavor and an impressive 12 grams of protein.
B.O.S.S. Food Co. Smile Banana Pumpkin Seed Bar
A raw superfood bar made with wholesome ingredients including pumpkin seeds, dates, organic bananas, hemp seeds, organic cacao powder, and more.
Munk Pack Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookie
Heck yeah! — A giant double dark chocolate cookie that’s not only vegan & gluten-free, but also packs a whopping 18 grams of protein! It does contain two separate servings, but there’s no way I’m not gonna eat this whole thing in more than one sitting. 😉
Prince of Peace Ginger Candy
100% natural ginger candies made with real ginger, sugar, and coconut oil. Chewy, spicy, and addictive. I love these lil’ guys!
Yet another awesome selection of vegan-friendly goodies from SnackSack! My favorites this month were the Vegan Rob’s Cauliflower Puffs, ginger chews, Lundberg tortilla chips, and Munk Pack protein cookie. 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to try out SnackSack for yourself, you can save 15% for LIFE with coupon code “ROSE15″!
