Let’s see what’s in the November 2020 Vegan SnackSack!
As always, everything was shipped in their custom turquoise & white SnackSack box.
A peek inside!
Instead of a printed booklet, Snacksack now sends a card with a QR code to view a full digital list of the items included in each of the 3 available boxes (Classic, Vegan, and Gluten-Free).
These grain-free tortilla chips are made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients including cassava flour, avocado oil, coconut flour, chia seed, and sea salt. They’re gluten-free, paleo, soy free, and vegan-friendly. Each serving has just 130 calories, 3 grams of fiber, and only 1 gram of sugar.
I’ve seen these at the grocery store and have always thought about trying them, but they’ve never made it into my cart. Needless to say, I was happy to see them in my Snacksack box. 🙂 As with all Enjoy Life products, these are free from common allergens including gluten, wheat, peanuts, dairy, tree nuts, soy, casein, and eggs. They’re also packed with plant-based protein — 8 grams per pack (4 bites)!
Organic sunflower kernels flavored with tamari, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt. The perfect snack for when you’re craving something salty, yet not too unhealthy.
Walnuts are a bit pricey (as far as nuts go), so I’m always happy to receive them in a subscription box. The gourmet walnut snack above consists of sweet glazed walnuts with a natural banana coating made with real bananas and a touch of cane sugar. Yum!
These sour mango/apple-flavored fruit rolls are made with 100% fruit & veggies — specifically, apples, pears, lemons, mango, butternut squash, carrots, and spirulina. There’s no added sugar, artificial colors/flavors, or preservatives and it’s both vegan-friendly & gluten-free.
These crunchy, grain-free veggie sticks are made with organic ingredients including cassava flour, tomato powder, sweet potato powder, pumpkin powder, olive oil, sea salt, and vegan ranch seasoning. They’re non-GMO verified, certified Paleo, vegan-friendly, and gluten free.
I love ginger chews! These ones from Prince of Peace are made with real ginger and feature an extra fruity flair thanks to the addition of natural mango flavor. Each piece is individually wrapped and perfect for taking on the go.
This vegan-friendly chocolate bar is made in a dedicated facility free from the common top 8 food allergens including dairy, peanuts, eggs, soy, and wheat. It’s also free from artificial flavors & colors and despite being vegan, has an “incredible creamy milk-like taste”.
These chewy little candies are basically like Starburst, but without all the artificial flavors & colors. Not only are they all natural and organic, but they’re also vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and gluten-free.
B.T.R. Bars have 90% less sugar than the average protein bar & are keto-friendly, vegan, and gluten free. The bar above has 6 grams of plant-based protein, 5 grams of prebiotic fiber, and 170 calories to keep you full and satisfied.
I’m always happy to try new vegan-friendly protein powder! This one from PlantFusion is made with an amino acid infused protein blend that’s comparable to animal proteins like whey. It’s flavored with natural vanilla and is fortified with digestive enzymes. It’s also dairy free, soy free, gluten free, and free of many other major allergens.
November’s vegan SnackSack box had a great assortment of bars, chips, sweet treats, nuts/seeds, and more. My personal favorites were the Siete Foods Tortilla Chips, Enjoy Life Protein Bites, Crazy Go Nuts Walnut Snack, Prince of Peace Ginger Chews, No Whey Milkless Bar, Chewie Fruities, and B.T.R. Bar. 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to try out SnackSack for yourself, you can save 10% for LIFE with coupon code “ROSE″!
