Let’s see what’s in the October 2016 Spiffster box!
The tie was shipped in a long cardboard pouch with the Spiffster logo on the front.
A peek inside!
“The Spiffster Gazette” was wrapped around October’s featured tie and included a lesson on tying a Victoria Knot, a few riddles, and helpful tips on being a well-groomed gentleman free of nose hairs & man boobs.
October’s tie featured a stylish blue, green, and white plaid pattern. It looked very well made and had a sewn on Spiffster label below the keeper loop (yes, I just Googled that. 😉 ). I couldn’t find a garment tag that stated what the fabric is made of, so I’m guessing either cotton or polyester.
Here’s a closer look at the pattern/fabric.
Spiffster is definitely a great subscription for anyone looking to build a nice tie collection on the cheap! I like that fact that the pieces are all made in-house and that they periodically send style surveys to subscribers. Plus, you really can’t go wrong for under $10/month. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “CRATEJOY20“!
