Subscription details
Awesome Pack is a fun subscription that sends you a big ol’ box of customized family activities and games every month. — You mean they still make games that don’t require an electronic device to play? No way!
When you sign up for Awesome Pack, you’ll fill out a family profile so they can customize your box to your ages and interests. Don’t have kids? No problem! They offer both a standard Awesome Pack (for those with kiddos), and a Big Kids Pack (for those without).
Every Awesome Pack is different, but they all come with at least one product from each of the following categories: Unique Board Games (self explanatory), Hands on Fun (science, craft, or DIY projects), Big Fun from Little Things (mini activities like magic marker books, card games, puzzles), and Awesome Activity Book and Goodies (a monthly activity book with ideas for fun family games, recipes, etc. and other goodies like stickers and magnets).

I have not received my June box and my emails have been ignored.

They did the same thing to me. When I kept complaining, they sent me a tracking number. However, the number was for a label only, they never shipped a box. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have now paid for two Awesome pack subscription boxes for my family but have yet to recieve a single one. I am Canadian so that is a heck of a lot of money with the crappy exchange rate. I can’t get into my account and they do not reply to emails. Save yourself a lot of hassle and money and find a better subscription box.
If I could give a no star review, I would.

My first box was delayed 2 months, and my 2nd box, the March 2018 box is still not here as of May, and they do not respond to emails. Don’t give these people your money unless you think it’s awesome to get ripped off.

Wonder why they don’t show reviews online.??? Maybe because they didn’t ship our package either and NEVER answer the phone!!! Ever!!!! Total Scam

Only Awesome Pack severely drops in it’s awesomeness when they don’t actually ship their product out. Three months in a row I’ve had to contact customer service to track down when my box is going to arrive. Silly me thinks that when it says “January Box” it should actually arrive in January.
