Sudsy Box time again! Wow, I can’t believe it’s already October! (Good riddance, summer.) If you’re new here, Sudsy Box is a subscription box that sends you 3 full-sized handmade bars of soap every other month. They also throw in a little extra “surprise” in each box (hand sanitizer, lip balm, etc). So fun!
The soaps are all natural and handmade by Heidi’s Artisan Soap. They’re vegan, gluten-free and contain zero artificial colors or fragrances. Each box highlights the scents of the particular season in which it’s shipped. (You can see my reviews of all of their previous boxes here.)
Sudsy Box is just $20 every other month — shipping included! The theme for October’s box is (fittingly) “Fall”. Yay!
First look. As always, the goodies were hidden beneath a layer of tissue paper sealed with a Sudsy Box sticker.
Second look. I immediately took note of the brand new, full color info card.
Autumn is my favorite season and the background photo on the info card totally gives me the warm fuzzies.
Orange Cocoa Spice Soap – Ooooh! Orange chocolate! This sounds (and smells) amazing. It’s made with real cocoa and clove essential oils. This is definitely next in line to be used once my current bar is gone. Oh — as always I chose to keep my soaps all wrapped up and pretty until I use ’em. You can see what each one looks like by clicking the links or photos that lead to their shop descriptions.
Deja Vu – This bar is described as “earthy” and definitely has a bit of a hippie vibe goin’ on. It’s got a blend of patchouli and orange essential oils for a very mellow, relaxed bath. Turn the water on, light some candles (or other choice objects) and just chilllll out, man.
Cedarwood Lavender Soap – Despite the inclusion of lavender, this soap has a more woodsy, “manly” scent. It fits the “fall” theme perfectly and I actually wish it were a candle so I could smell it all day long. Mmmm.
Pumice Stone – Yesss! I SO need this right now. My feet are super callous-y & gross from being barefoot all summer. I’ve been using sugar scrubs on ’em, but they don’t seem to do the trick. A few rubs of this pumice stone might just be the answer.
Another great Sudsy Box! I love that they went for a fall theme this month and the extra gift (pumice stone) is something I totally need. Since I started receiving this box, I seriously look forward to lathering these awesome soaps up every time I shower. Love them!!

October 2014 Sudsy Box Review
Once again, I’m lovin’ the soaps in my Sudsy Box! It’s such a great “pampering” box and I’m always excited to see what new scents I’ll discover. I love that they always include a useful “extra gift” too!
